Perfect for our family of five while my daughter was competing at the Extraco Event Center. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and minutes away from anywhere within Waco. Very clean, comfy beds and supplied with everything we needed.

All good …. the microwave door was tricky - kept sticking. Backyard grass was quite high. All else was wonderful.

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was fun to stay in a home that Chip and Joanna Gaines remodeled but that the family has maintained so nicely over the years. It had everything we needed for a great stay in Waco and would definitely stay again!

Was overall a really nice place with all the amenities for a nice little getaway. Easy to find in a nice quiet little neighborhood and quite easy to get to all the attractions in Waco.

The house was great! The kitchen layout was perfect for our group to congregate in the living/kitchen area. We got great recommendations from the hosts for places to eat too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We traveled to Waco with my parents for their 80th birthdays. Since my Dad has mobility issues, I needed to find a home with zero entry and no stairs. This gem of a house was perfect! It's cozy yet allows for privacy and has a spacious kitchen. Beautiful decorative touches from Chip and Joanna! The Property managers were attentive and genuinely so nice! I highly recommend staying here...it's about a 10 minute drive to the Silos and other attractions in Waco. We just loved our stay!

The Plain Jane is beautiful, cozy and spotless. We had fun watching the episode while we stayed in the house. An unexpected perk was a nice keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee for our stay! The neighborhood was quiet. Easy to navigate by car to the silos and downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were visiting family in Waco for new years a few blocks from this property. We decided to stay here since it fit out family better than a hotel. The check in process was easy and the bed wee super comfortable which can be hard to find in a VRBO.

This house has everything you would need! We prepared a Thanksgiving meal and had everything necessary! We enjoyed this house so much and the owners have put thought into every single detail! Thank you our perfect memories we made and sharing this beautiful property!

It was a joy to stay in the Plain Jane house. The amenities provided were exceptional. Great care had been done to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

The place was very nice. The kitchen was very stocked with everything you might need(appliances, dishes, silverware, and other kitchen gadgets).

We really enjoyed our stay. The interior of the house is immaculate just like the photos. They thought of many small details to make you feel at home. Good quality linens, towels, etc. Master bed was comfy. They also have a bot that sends you two emails a day to make sure your stay is going well. Two concerns: 1. The washer and dryer are old. The dryer left burn marks on our clothes even when using the delicate cycle which was super disappointing. 2. The playground outside is tucked away from any windows so you need to be outside if your kids are playing. The playset is also olold and rickety.

We are Fixer Upper fans so loved the chance to see this house.

Home was comfy and welcoming. It was so fun to live the fixer-upper experience through this stay!

This house was perfect for my family. It was clean. The kitchen was well supplied and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The out door space was large!

This place was great! Very close to food and entertainment as well as my work location. Felt like I was at home. Perfect way to make a work trip comfortable.

Just as it looks on the episode of fixer upper. Comfy cozy and clean. Kitchen well stocked bedrooms were spacious with full closets. No dressers for folded clothes. Only on bedroom with a king bed was comfortable. Queen and twin beds were average. Appreciated the gated driveway and secure lock on back door. Would like one on front door. Overall we loved it. Very homey.
