HGTV Top Pick! Gorgeous 5 Star Coastal Cottage, Private Pool & Patio, Walk to Beach & Coligny Plaza!

This cozy, quaint cottage provides all the comforts of home. From the furnishings to the amenities. Very well maintained and clean. The location is ideal. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had one minor maintenance issue that did not affect our stay at all. We even advised them it did not need to be addressed, and it was just informational purposes only. However, maintenance was here within an hour. If there was a 10 star rating, they would get one from us.

This was our second year in a row stay here. The location is great, Bike/walk to Coligny, the beach, and stores.The house is well maintained and check in / out was a breeze. it’s great having the pool and patio area. We had an issue with the coffee maker and sent a quick text and it was taken care of that afternoon.You can’t go wrong with the place.

The Cottage was super clean and perfectly decorated. The managing group was quick to assist when we reached out. The location to the beach was amazing and the location of the home was private and made for a very secluded stay. Having the pool to come back to after a Long Beach day hit the spot. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was clean and very convenient to beach. Granddaughters loved the pool! The communication regarding check-in was very easy to understand and worked without any problems.

House was situated perfectly with access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The street was super quiet and lots of trees for shade. The house had beach chairs and a wagon that accommodated our family of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the grill also made cooking easy. The pool was great for after the beach to still hang outside and get some shade and cool off in the water. We highly recommend this house and will absolutely book it again when we visit Hilton Head next!

We had an amazing trip. The house was clean and we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool. No issues with anything at all. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it.

From arrival to departure our stay was wonderful. We loved the cozy couches and comfy beds. The coastal decor was lovely and we seemed to notice something different each day. The kitchen was well appointed and we ate breakfast and had evening snacks without needing any appliance or tool that we couldn’t find. The home is located within a short walk to the beach and we ventured over one morning to catch the sunrise. Local restaurants and shopping were close but the street the home is on is very quiet. It was chilly while we were here but we did manage to get some pool time in one day. The pool area is so nice even on a cool day just to sit in the sun. We used the washer and dryer as well which was a nice amenity. We also traveled to Savannah one day within less than an hours drive. We would stay here again!

This property is awesome !!! Great location to beach, shopping and grocery. Loved the back yard and pool area ❤️ we ate out only once and enjoyed the Farmer’s Market fresh fish in our grill. Home has everything our family needed

Great house for a beach stay. Really cozy house with a great outdoor area. Easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny. Hard to beat the location, private but connected. We definitely would stay here again.

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to Hilton Head for a little R and R. The House was the perfect size for 4 people. Located on a quiet side street we barely had any cars go by. Great pool in the backyard with chairs to sit on and umbrellas to provide shade when it got hot. The beach and walking trails were just a 5-minute walk away. Coligney was a 10-minute walk away so you could get your steps in and do some shopping at the same time. Also, restaurants and grocery store are close by also. I can't come up with anything bad to report so if you're looking for something a little smaller and a little cheaper and still getting the same amenities as the bigger houses this is your place.

The Cottage on Park was a great escape to help create memories for a milestone birthday celebration! There were 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom & own bathroom. There was plenty of space & character in every corner of the home & it was clean. The pool was cute & receives full sun all day, a comfortable size to cool off after a day at the beach or adventure away from the house. It was important for us to have close beach access & distance to Coligny Plaza, this was an easy/quick bike ride to both. Getting rideshare service to various spots around the island was easy as well. Overall this was a positive experience!
