HGTV Inspired | Modern | .5mile To AT&T 10min Walk

The place was perfect for our group!

One of the main reasons we chose this property was the falsely advertised .5 mile/ 10 minute walk to AT&T. We walked it... 1.6 miles and 36 minutes. That was a major selling point and a complete lie. Horrible water pressure. In the bathroom sink has 2 small streams of water to brush our teeth, slimmer than a pencil. We were not even able to rinse toothpaste from the sink, resorting washing it with wash cloths. The picinic table in the backyard was in such poor condition, we sat down one time and it felt as though it was about to break. So, we were unable to use it again. There are no photos in the listing of the front of the property and we found the outside appearance and the neighborhood to be disappointing at best. Communication was great until we booked, afterwards, it was difficult to get an answer on our early check-in request and to get the code for the door early. But, of course, when it was getting close to check-out, we got multiple messages, reminding of us everything we needed to do and all of the outrageous fees associated with late check-out. I would not recommend this property.

We came in town for a Rangers game and this was a great place for our family of 7. Lots of room for all of us. House was clean and stocked with necessities and it is close to stadiums and shops.

As advertised.... Need to have more coffee and creamer, but we made due. They warn you about parking in the street, but everyone does on that street so doubt you're getting towed. 10AM Check out is a little earlier than I usually expect. It is super close to the stadium (walking distance in my opinion). Nice safe neighborhood. House will legitimately sleep 14 people. 2 rooms with bunkbeds that are at a minimum double beds. If you had that many people going to a Ranger or Cowboy game there is no way you beat the price.

We stayed to attend a Rangers series with the Dodgers. House was very convenient to the park. Most of our group walked to the games. The house was clean and very comfortable for our 10 person group. We would happily stay again!

We came to the DCC competition. This location was perfect for it since it was so close.

We had a local Flag football tournament and this was a great property for the adults and kids . Highly recommend

All the rooms were beautiful!! Any item needed was supplied!!Location is the best !!The host responded quickly to any questions asked about the property!!We were so thankful for that, due to our flight being delayed due to weather!!The host allowed us to stay one extra night keeping everyone calm while continuing to enjoy our vacation!!Thanks again for the wonderful experience we had enjoying your house!! We were in Arlington for my son's marriage. The property was perfect for family and the location was close to everything we needed. The property was clean with everything we needed

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house location was perfect! We were able to walk to AT&T stadium on Sunday to watch the Dallas Cowboys play and avoid any traffic and parking problems.

This house was a perfect weekend getaway for the Dallas Cowboys game. House was within walking distance of stadium and was setup perfectly for the family. Will definitely be staying here again and can't recommend it enough!
