Herber Haus, 6-7 blocks from Main St, Outdoor firepit, Game Room with Pool Table

Owners communicated prior to booking and thru our stay. Home is beautiful and so spacious for 8-10 people. We hope to visit again

The house is really nice.

The house was in a great location! Not quite walkable for us but very close to Main Street. The house is roomy, loved the garage with games like pool and foosball. It was very clean, plenty of towels, good parking.

Outstanding home with both spacious interior and patio area.

The House Layout and location was Amazing. Very spacious home with references around the house for the operation of Fire places and it felt very Homey like family was there. The game room was amazing our stay of three nights was to short. The Host was at are becon call as needed… This home stocked so much and the Christmas touches were way beyond our expectations, Thanks Karlene we will be back some day…. Winnie

Great place and great transaction

Had a great 40th birthday celebration with my family. Stayed 2 nights first evening went out to dinner and the second evening we grilled and made dinner at the house and played pool and all the games in the garage. Everything in the house was decorated so nice and all the bathrooms were very nice.

The house was not cleaned when we go there but the manager responded and it was perfect within an hour. The manager is awesome. Highly recommend staying here.

I have now stayed at this property two times and the second time was just as enjoyable, with plenty of space for the group as well as wonderful individual space.

It was a beautiful property located close to downtown. Everyone enjoyed staying there. The house was clean and comfortable.

I can't say enough about this property. Great area for family gathering, outdoor and gameroom was a lot of fun. The owners have impeccable style and taste. Felt so comfortable, like we were home! Parking area was large enough for all of us. We will definitely book it again!

We had a few minor glitches but they were all taken care as expeditiously as possible.Loved the house.

We were a group of 3 couples aged 65. We were all able to have our own areas with our own bathroom. The open living room and kitchen were great places to congregate. We loved sitting around the gas fed fire outdoors.

This house was lovely. First and foremost it was very clean which I appreciate so much. It makes you feel comfortable and at home. It’s roomy and the garage with the pool table and shuffle board are such a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. The best house I’ve stayed at.

Herber house was beautiful! The location is about 0.4 of a mile to downtown. Very easy walk day or night. Our entire group fell in love with the decor, space and layout of the home. Kerinne was responsive to my questions and very personable. The home has instructions, things to do, helpful hints, etc located throughout the home which was a nice touch. 5 stars, highly recommend and we would book the home again.

This property was a great place to rent to celebrate our parent’s 50th anniversary. The grandkids enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board in the garage. The fire pit in the backyard was nice to enjoy in the evening. The location was great because it was close to get to our other festivities around town with the rest of the family.

4 couples for an annual weekend getaway. Plenty of room for all of us and great amenities on site.

We had an awesome weekend. 3 couples had plenty room to spread out and enjoy each other company. The house is amazing with a mixture of old and new. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable,kitcken is amazing, everything we needed and then some. The garage was sweet, pool table and Suffel board. Had fun even though the wife beat me.Never got to use the firepit too hot outside. The house is a little pricey, but well worth the money. We had a couple issues, but Kerinne was right there to take care of it right away. I will definitely rent again. Thank you Kerinne

Great spot for our family reunion, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. When toddlers visited there was plenty of room to play inside and outside, including the game room in the garage. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. A great stay in Fredericksburg.

Had a wonderful girls weekend in this beautiful spacious home. Would definitely stay here again.
