Surrounded by tall poplars, the Cove Cabin is perfect for family getaways. The location of the cabin with its own driveway and parking allows guests complete privacy. The three-bedroom, bath-and-a-half cabin provides comfort and amenities in a rustic atmosphere for two to six people in a two-story, gambrel roofed structure.
Complete with all the linens, towels, bath amenities, picnic table, outdoor grill, hammock and a complimentary bag of charcoal for outdoor grilling. The spacious living room provides guests with a place to relax and hide away from the busy world. A day in the country is worth a month in town! Smart TV with Roku complete the cabin. We also have a large DVD library in the main B&B with over 200 selections, including some for children. Wi-Fi throughout the property included for free.
A queen-size futon and bi-fold doors convert the living room to a private bedroom complete with electric fireplace. Up-stairs there are two bedrooms, one full in a loft and one queen with a privacy door, dressers, and bed tables with lamps. Also upstairs is a half bath.
The cabin has a small full kitchen with all the amenities of home… refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker, gas stove top, dishes, silverware, and pot and pans. All you need to do is bring food. We even provide complimentary coffee, teas, creamer, sugar and some snacks.
Great for groups who want to attend a concert or other festivals at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Weather permitting, supervised campfires on request.
Me & my husband booked last minute for a weekend get away. Cabin was perfect. Quiet relaxing & tucked away but don't worry they have a Dollar General right down the road if you forget anything.
Our stay was just wonderful. I had brought cleaning supplies, but there was more than enough already there to use. The cabin as a whole was cozy and the layout just amazing. During the day the cabin is well light without any lights turned on inside, which I loved. We enjoyed the porch and woods where we spent the afternoons. We were close to Bell Mountain, so we went there and enjoyed that. This was such a lovely cabin, so hopefully we can go back soon to getaway.
It was perfect for our little long weekend getaway. Definitely secluded but so close to everything, it was great. Cabin was exactly as portrayed in the ad. Nothing fancy, but definitely affordable and just what we were looking for. The only thing I would say as negative was that the stairs going up to the bedrooms are VERY steep. I loved not having TV, we watched a couple movies while it was rainy. And I wish we could have had a fire in the pit to sit around at night, but I understand the reasoning why we couldn't. But definitely a place to check out!
We stayed here for a weekend getaway and lake trip. We enjoyed the place and the lake.
I asked before I rented the cabin if the road was ok for motorcycles. I was told, “If you know how to ride a bike you will have no problem”. Not a true statement. The road leading to the driveway had gravel on it, immediately when turning the road on the drive way is gravel with a big wash out in it. 3 riders dropped their bikes on the road. The lady of the B&B was super nice. When we got in the cabin rules were some we have never had before. We were given 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. We had to replace the paper products we used. If we failed to turn lights off, or air conditioner off it was extra 100.00 to pay. I would not suggest this cabin to any riders. Its very doubtful I will rent from VRBO again.
The place is very nice, very quiet is perfect
Cabin was amazing .. Really recommend to go and relax.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The pictures don't give this quiet and cozy cabin justice! It was adorable and relaxing.
Able to disconnect from the city. Our mission was to hike on the AT and it’s just down the road. Cabin is fully stocked with anything you need. Clean and comfortable.
The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was cuter in person than in the online photos. We visited Wolf Mountain Vineyard and Winery during our stay and loved it. We will definitely visit again.
