THIS 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME WAS EMACULATE. THE BEST FEATURE WAS THE BABY ITEMS PROVIDED( CRIB, HIGH CHAIR, BATH TUB ETC). VERY CLEAN, QUITE AND SPACIOUS. OWNERS DID A GREAT JOB AT MAKING THIS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME FOR US.

Nice quiet clean property. Great fast communication with Troy

Everything looks new in the house. Very nice sized rooms and the color décor looks very nice. The owner was very accommodating. He even brought a new rice cooker when I asked if there was a rice cooker there. Location is just about prefect. Convenient to Walmart amongst other stores. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and we were able to stroll around the area in the cool morning and evening hours. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans and other cooking accessories. Enough to make a simple meal, but a bit challenge when you have a large party and want to prepare a nice meal. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Easy commute to downtown Vegas in a good neighborhood. Outlet by the side of house worked well to charge my Rivian overnights. Clean. Polite manager made contact to make sure I made it in and out ok. Would stay again.

We stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. Home was as described and was nice and clean. Fit our family of 5 just right. I had several questions for the host and he was very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!

Clean property, great communication. Never been told of a charge for wanting a possible early check in with a VRBO rental.

The property was renovated and very clean. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The neighborhood was lovely, and the location was convenient for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was fantastic! Everything in this house was clean and friendly. It is a really beautiful house. Troy was very prompt responding to us. No more hotels for us. We definitely will be staying here again!

Troy was a great host and best of all, he had a Christmas tree all lit up and waiting for us upon arrival. What a great surprise. The home was vey comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do while in the Las Vegas area. Neighborhood was very quiet and we had no issues leaving early or getting back late at night. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was centrally located and made a very comfortable spot for our family members. The house is beautiful and well kept. Everything is covered and provided. Would have loved to stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay there. Made a great base camp for our day trips out of town.

The House was close to my family. About 15 minutes to the strip, close to Hiking at Red Rock, and Sloan canyon. The house was well stocked with towels and bathroom products. I would rent is property again. The owner was fast to respond to my messages.

Love the location for it allowed us to visit many sights around the area including Vegas!
