Beautiful home

Location was perfect to all amenities! The house is absolutely gorgeous! All the fine details were amazing! My family and I had a wonderful stay and if we go back to Tampa we will stay here again!

We booked this home for four nights so we could have accommodations to allow 7 people total. We had ages from 16 to 63. We were in town for a concert. The house was in perfect condition. It was clean and the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. It has an amazing pool with bar area. It has an awesome game room with pool table. We had two families there with mostly teenagers and we had a blast just hanging out in between concert dates (we had two dates for concert). It is very close to Busch Gardens and amazing restaurants and activities. The HOME IS BEAUTIFUL. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed from coffee to toaster to cooking pans. We didnt have to buy or bring any extras as this property provided everything we needed to cook for large family and not have to bring as many things. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend this property especially for someone who wants a private setting for family and friends to just enjoy everything this property offers.

This house was beautiful. Perfect for our family stay for graduation. Extra touches by this host - snacks, coffee pods. The pool and bar area a great.

The Sunshine House was beautifully remodeled with nice furnishings! Upon arrival we were wowed when we entered the home! Bright with lots of natural light and a shimmering pool out back! The home was immaculately clean, comfortable beds & pillows, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor gazebo with speakers and a private clean pool! The owners were excellent with communication and had a snack basket to welcome us! The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Tampa bay and airport. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely stay again!

This property was perfect. It was clean, tons of room, pool was perfect. The entire house is perfect! We can not wait to stay again. The set up was great. Communication was awesome. Location close to everything. They had everything you could want or need. Best place we have ever stayed in, and we rent once to twice a year.

I recently stayed at this property with my kids (23,19,12). The home was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area and pool table. The kitchen and grill were great for preparing meals. Communication with the host was excellent.

House is lovely, updated nicely. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool is clean. Pool guy came during my stay and he did a thorough job. The house is a short drive to the airport but I never heard a plane. Beds are comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home has everything we needed and more. The pool was a plus and the entire home was clean and organized. Definitely would love to book our stay there again, our stay was perfect.
