If you cancel outside the limits of our policy, you may not receive a full refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Note 2: Refund Policy:
When a booking is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, we’re happy to issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed.

Note 3: Street Noise:
While the house is peaceful inside, its central location means some street activity outside.

Note 4: Laundry:
No washer/dryer on-site, but convenient local services are nearby for hassle-free drop-off and pickup.
