Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes — if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with starter essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended; always carry chains.

• Sleeps up to 10 guests including children (maximum 9 adults over age 13). This applies 24/7.
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2-car garage + 2 driveway)
• Street parking is prohibited

    The location was nice, pretty views. The 20+ Steep steps from entry to main floor was not easy for grandparents and even younger folk carrying groceries, suitcases, et cetera. The place was really nice for our six people..lots of space, great kitchen area and living room. One bed was very uncomfortable so it was not used after the first night. The walk to ‘town’ was great but downhill...got a ride home! Super nice rental team who were responsive and easy to work with!

    This property was even better then I expected. Well equipped house that is great for a big family gathering. Lots of space and privacy. Views were amazing and location, with quick access to downtown South Lake, was perfect. Will definitely book again.

    Nice main living room that opens into the dining room and kitchen with cute bench sitting. Second living area with 2 bedrooms on the lower level which would be perfect for multiple families and or an area for the kids. We found with 4 adults and 1 toddler this home was plenty big. The main living area gets blasted by the sun all day (In the summer at least). So if you’re planning for a day in, it’ll be very very hot. We had 2 fans on, but found it was still way too hot. Probably would be more bearable during the winter. Property is managed by a company so a little different than communicating with 1 home owner. I do suggest the company communicates better amongst the team as someone from the company dropped in while we were unpacking and didn’t know anyone booked the place. Not a big deal, showed them my reservation but still was questionable. Also they note they clean the property for 4 hours...when we checked in I wiped and cleaned everything (due to Covid and wanted to make sure cleanliness before settling in) and noticed plenty dusty/dirty areas including light switches, so I doubt 4 hours is accurate. Cleaning can be better if being charged and stating 4 hours to do so. Lastly there was a hole cut out in one of the bathroom walls and I sent a photo of it once checked in. Apparently the company didn’t know about it, so that was also questionable. If the person before us did that and why didn’t someone from the cleaning crew mention it? Not sure.
