House has a good layout and is well stocked. Hot tub was great. Had everything you would need to make home cooked meals after long days on the slopes.

The longer we stayed the more comfortable we became with the home. The dynamic pricing for the holiday is a little out of control. We will visit next year but not during the Holidays. The fire/smoke detectors were an issue but after several calls they were repaired.

We didn't use the Hot tub.The kitchen was well equipped.Too many stairs, especially for my pregnant daughter in law.The house was very beautiful. And it was very centrally located.

The only minor glitch we had was getting a Roku device to work correctly and they we very responsive in helping us out. Very spacious and very well stocked in the kitchen. The location was great for getting downtown or to the water. It was a very quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take walks. Very clean! We appreciated all the games they had and used them. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed completing 2 puzzles, hiking/ biking from the house and just being together. I love that we could converse with property management with any questions. We love the kitchen and we loved how stocked it was with everything we needed.

The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to Heavenly, Nevada, and downtown South Lake Tahoe. It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable. On the first night, none of us got a good night's sleep because the beds were so hard. My husband and I even had to buy additional pillows to make it somewhat better, but it still felt like sleeping on the floor. This was the only reason why I couldn't give the home a full 5-star rating.

We had a great time at this cabin. It was perfect for all ages and location was great! Only complaint would be that the floors were dirty upon arrival and had to vacuum due to having little ones crawling around on the floor. Otherwise highly would recommend!

Beautiful house, perfect for my family off eight

As nice as the pictures. No surprises, exceptionally well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. The thermostat controlled fireplace was a big plus. The spa was plenty hot and held the heat perfectly. Would recommend and would stay again.

The property management team was extremely responsive to all our little requests/questions. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was in a nice peaceful location compared to the hustle and bustle of the lake. It was a very hot week when we visited and we cooled the house down by opening certain windows once the sun went down and in the mornings, so we strategically managed without A/C. The kids loved the bunk room and arcade games! Lastly, RNR was very accommodating to some date changes well before our actual stay which was very convenient and helpful to our family. Two thumbs up!
