Great condo for summer and winter...but it is truly a skiers delight...Just across the street from Heavenly Valley's Stagecoach Ski Lift. Assigned covered parking with an elevator to your floor makes it very convenient to get into the condo and enjoy sitting by the fireplace or relaxing in the master bath jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed provide enough beds for 6 people. A full kitchen and washer and dryer will offer you the conveniences of home. If you are visiting in the summer, the Tahoe Rim Trail trail head is located near the chairlift. A short walk down the road will take you to Tramway Market and the Fox and Hound Bar and Grill.
***PLEASE NOTE: THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME, A BRAND NEW ELEVATOR WILL BE INSTALLED BUT WE ARE UNSURE OF THE TIMING***

It would have been nice to use the lift across the street, but there was not enough snow, so we had to drive 15 min to slopes each day. Make sure the lift is open before you book. Decorated like a dorm room from the 80’s including an empty CD stand in case you bring a stack of your own. Lamborghini Countach poster was lit, reminded me of my childhood bedroom. Tv was small and glitchy. Internet was only enough to run one device and at that one device was slow…so make sure you bring your hot spot. 4th floor without elevator provided ample exercise throughout the trip. Relative nag with your family on the 2 person couch can be difficult as well as sitting more than 4 around the dining table so keep that in mind if you plan on more than 2 people staying.
Easy communication, would stay again
The people at the front desk were beyond sweet and helpful. We came in late and getting the key was very easy. There was crumbs on the couch and food on the counter. There was a strong oder of urine coming from the master bathroom all weekend. The place needed a thorough cleaning. I would never stay here again.
Basic 2 bedroom condo just steps from the Stagecoach lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly.
The check-in staff were quite easy to work with and friendly. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit was of average quality. The kitchen was larger than most units we have stayed in so that's was a plus. The living room only had a couch in it so it could use more furniture, but I'm not sure where to put that extra chair or two. There is ample seating for meals. The washer and dryer are large capacity, which is very nice, but an eye-sore as they are not really covered. Most of the flooring has been redone recently and is very nice. This location is great for catching the ski lift if you stay in winter. For the summer, there is NO DECK attached to this unit and we were bummed that we couldn't sit outside and have breakfast unless we walked down 3 flights of stairs to the building-shared deck. The elevator is broken and you must use the stairs - the units start on the 3rd floor, so expect to walk at least 3 flights of stairs - we had to walk 4 to get to our unit. There were still 2 floors of rooms above ours. The HOA need to commit to fix the elevator. As for outside maintenance, the 2nd floor landing had some animal excrement on it - you could tell that it had been there for quite a while and no one from building maintenance had bothered to clean it up. There is covered parking for this building. Overall, we'd pick a different place to stay if/when we return to Tahoe. We are not skiers so the location next to the ski lift has no impact on us.
Rented a three bedroom 2 bath at Tahoe for my mother’s funeral when we got there it was a two bedroom. My son had to sleep on the couch.
Good property for reasonable price. Prompt responses from management. Easy check in/out. convenient location.
Elevator out, unit not clean, generally poor condition.
Right across the street from Heavenly's Stagecoach lift, there's no place better to stay if you're skiing Heavenly. We woke up at 8AM and sipped coffee as we watched employees prep the lift. We were on one of the first chairs up and enjoyed many fresh runs before popping back at 11AM for a brunch. Furnishing and appliances are a bit old, but they seem well maintained and functional. The unit was cleaned professionally and check in process through Lake Tahoe Accomodations was smooth. Would definitely rent here again!
This is a great location for winter or summer getaways. It kind of off of the beaten path but close enough (about 10-15 min depending on traffic) drive to the casinos or Lake Tahoe.
