Yes very welcoming, everything was perfect.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space! Great area outside for the kids so sled and the kids loved the theater room and indoor pool!

Property far exceeded our expectations. Spacious with all the amenities for a family trip. We had excursions and activities lined up every day during July 4th weekend but no one wanted to leave the house!The indoor pool and theatre had the kids occupied for hours. Great hosts, easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We plan to come back!

Communication with owner was flawless, before, during and after our stay. I would email owner and received a response to my questions very soon after. When we needed supplies the property manager responded soon after. Our family enjoyed every day at the property. The pictures don't do the house justice, it was beyond expectations!

Great house overall. Great location. Pretty views. Hiking trail nearby. And super for a family with a pool, hot tub, and pool table. Our son and daughter and their families loved it. Our 10 had plenty of room to spread out with two more beds we did not need. If we ever come back to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. It was clean and had plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The large home felt cozy and the location was great for skiing. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. I would 100% recommend this property.

Great place for a ski week with family!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was very spacious and clean. Very close to ski lift and the lake. Everything was as advertised. I hope to come back and stay again some day.

Overall the property was exactly as I expected. It’s a bit tired/worn , which you can see from the pictures. However the location is fantastic if you are planning to ski Heavenly. The pool and movie theater are nice to have to keep everyone entertained. Note that the bunk beds are very small and unstable. We were informed not to put anyone other than a very small toddler in them, which even that I was not comfortable doing. No issue for us though as we still had enough space.

We rented this house over Thanksgiving week and it was a great layout for our two families and grandma. Plenty of room options and great amenities. The WiFi went out while we were there and the owner found a tech guy to come the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. A couple things didn’t work great (sauna, fireplace) but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to an easy hiking area with great views and a quick drive to town.

We dearly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful home in South Lake Tahoe. We went for a quick fall break trip with our kids and friends. The pool, open concept main floor and the amenities are everything you could want in a home. Thank you so much to the owners, it was amazing!

Four friends who had not seen each other since high school over 50 years ago got together to reminisce and make new memories. We picked the perfect property very close to everything, but quiet and beautiful. This property has everything you could possibly want and it was as advertised….no surprises. When we come back to Tahoe we will stay here again.

My husband and I, our adult kids and our infant grandchild all came from different states, and reunited for a wonderful week. We all enjoyed the pool (baby’s first swim!), sauna and hot tub, which was great for our chilly week! The house is large enough to all hang out, cook together, and play cards (loved the HUGE lazy susan!) Comfy beds, lots of TVs but even better, the media room, and 2 sets of washers & dryers! Location could not be better; minutes away from the busy casino area, the lakefront, shopping and restaurants, while also in a woodsy area close to trails. The owners and their host could not have been more helpful and responsive, and although the house is a bit old/tired, it just added to the sense of coziness. Kids all hope to return in the winter someday!

Just returned from an amazing week in Tahoe. The house was as great as described! We are a big family and our adult kids loved it. From the daily hot tub and indoor pool fun to watching movies in the theater room we couldn’t have had a more perfect fit. The house was great and the location was great.

Our family of 10 stayed at the home, which was a perfect set up for us. The living room, kitchen, nook and pool table area are in an open setting, giving a sense of connectedness but large enough that no one ever felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were also a fun feature. The location was near some great hiking (Powerline trail) and a close drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Heavenly village, the gondola, etc. Highly recommend John and Sylvia for being super helpful, responsive hosts.
