Heated Saltwater Pool, Kayaks & Freshwater Canal Views | Relaxing SW Cape Coral Waterfront Retreat

We had a great stay overall. The house was clean, well maintained, and had so many thoughtful amenities — beach chairs, a cooler, beach and pool toys, plus indoor games, which were perfect for our family. The host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions.The backyard dock and paddle boat were a lot of fun, especially for fishing, and the lanai was great for keeping bugs out. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very convenient and close to many attractions.A couple of minor notes for future guests: the outdoor back furniture could use some attention, and due to the position of the house, the sun only hit a small edge of the pool area where chairs didn’t fit. As someone who loves sitting in the sun by the pool, that was a bit disappointing. The pool heater also seemed to max out around 82 degrees during our stay, even after a couple of warm days. Our kids didn’t mind at all, but it was a little cool for us adults.Overall, this was a lovely home with great amenities, a responsive host, and a peaceful location. We would recommend it, especially for families.

Stayed here the second week of August 2025. This home was as described and more. Nice pool, paddle boat and 2 kayaks to run the canals. Beach chairs for the hop to the beach. Great area with all the top stores all around, ABC, Aldi, and Publix just a few blocks away. Here are a couple of things that might not have been mentioned on the site. Hair dryers 2, extra garbage bags, plenty of towels, a hammock and a video player for the main TV but you need to plug it in. PS, Itrip folks where very responsive to a couple of things we couldn't find (cord for JBL speaker and garage door opener). Enjoyed our stay here and would come again. We are already planning another stay for a week around the treasure coast. Definitely using Itrip, they made our first experience with them easy.

It was very quiet where we were and the property had so many things available for our use. The had a cooler, chairs and beach toys for the kids. Had a ton of floats for the pool. We had a great time and my kids basically lived it the pool our whole trip. Thank you for having us!

The house is very comfortable and everything works properly and is good condition. The lanai has very nice furniture and the pool was nice and warm. No complaints at all and would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The owners did an amazing job making sure everything is included and comfortable to make us feel right at home! The entire neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.Although we did spend a couple days exploring the surrounding area, we would’ve been just as happy staying right at the house. Our 4 kids (ages 15, 13, 11 and 7) loved the pool, the basketball hoop was a pleasant surprise for our 3 basketball players! They also loved spending time fishing on the canal. With 4 kids entertained my husband and I were actually able to sit back and relax as well!We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we ever get back to the Cape.

Stayed here with the family for spring break and had a great time. Home was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful house for our family vacation. The house is clean, well maintained and gorgeous! Plenty of room for us to relax indoors and out! The kids had the best time in the heated pool (the basketball hoop was a huge hit :) ). The adults loved the many seating options around the pool to enjoy a cocktail while watching the kids! Loved having the riverway option to do some kayaking and pedal boating! The location is great to get to restaurants, and shopping, we even rented a boat nearby to zip around on the ocean! You will love it!

House was clean. Beds were comfy. We used the kayaks and paddle boat everyday to explore the canal area. Pool was great and lots of pool toys.

House was clean, we all enjoyed the house, lovely decor, and had lots of pool fun. Would recommend to others.

The owner/service was very attentive to questions concerns. For instance the garage door opener did not work even after replacing the battery which they offered to come and look at which I declined. The reason I declined was due more to the fact that the garage was so full that you could not park in a manner to actually go into the house through the garage. The house was nice but for sure missing some little things like clocks in the bedroom and also a bit stingy on some things. The house sleeps 6 but if you wanted to watch a movie only a couch for 3. Bring your streaming information and note that the internet for streaming takes a few times, sometimes up to an hour to connect. If you want to eat inside only a table for 4. You are allotted 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP. We were there for 11 nights. Pretty bare bones for the price. The master bedroom mattress is hard as a rock. 5 of the 12 nights the neighbors blasted the music and sang along with it so it was a bit disappointing not to be able to hold a conversation outside especially with a person who is hard of hearing. Typically when I have stayed at Vrbo's they will provide some extras, starter coffee packs and a booklet Luckily I knew the area but if you are new to Cape Coral this would be helpful. The garbage was completely full 3 days after garbage pickup so no one had taken it out.
