Had a great stay it was fairly quiet and the house was beautiful

Great house in a great location. The heated pool was amazing. Had a few questions pop up throughout our trip and Kelly always replied promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely be staying again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The house was beautiful and the location to the beach was a quick 2 minute walk- if that! The pool was also a big hit- very clean and warm. There are shops and restaurants nearby- even close enought to walk AND minigolf! We would definitely stay here again!..Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay!!

We absolutely everything about this beach house. The home itself is wonderful. It’s nice to have a hole with wood floors and partial carpet at the beach. We are used to so many beach holes with hard, dirty tile and you won’t find that here!The decor is perfect, and left lasting memories of a higher end beach trip to think back on. Memories are heightened when the vibe and feel of the home are top-notch!Location to beach is perfect, a straight shot at the end of the street. Pool was amazing! Everything you could want in a beach house!

Easy check-in and the host was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed.

A lovely home in a great location. Short walking distance to both beach, store and Miniature golf and yet very quiet, peaceful neighborhood where we could relax in privacy in the pool or play family board games on screened porch. We had a great vacation with our children and grandchildren.

Our family had a very relaxing stay. We loved the house and spent alot of time on the screened porch playing games. The pool was beautiful as well, although the water was a bit too warm for us. All in all, we had a great time!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at property. The property had everything we needed and was close to beach. The pool was very nice to have as the weather was warm. The owner Kelly was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the property.

This house was great. It was a short walk both to the beach and to shops & restaurants. Very quiet location. The pool was the best! Relaxing when we wanted to be lazy, but had some pool games when we wanted to have fun. Kelly was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We meet our friends for a long weekend. The house was perfect-it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was close to the beach and to restaurants/shopping. We had a pool which they heated for us and we loved the outside space. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The part that was the absolute best was the check out process. In recent stays at other places, there were so many crazy rules and things we had to do which kept us from fully enjoying our trip. This home was the absolute best hands down. We just had to put our towels in a pile and turn on the dishwasher. I can’t tell you how much we all appreciated that. Also, the host communicated often and was extremely accommodating. This was a perfect place for what we needed. Thank you for making it easy, fun and had all we needed. It was also beautifully decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was an excellent place for our family! The pool is a huge highlight! House had all the amenities and then some! The little area the where the house is very nice and quiet, we would stay again. Kelly is an outstanding host!

Perfect house, very clean and well appointed, close to the beach + grocery/restaurants too, we enjoyed our stay and made good use of the pool and ping pong table and screened porch to pass time on cloudy/rainy days during TS Debbie that week. The kids were troopers and we made the best of the beach, owner was great to communicate with and would definitely visit again, 5 STARS.

We loved our stay! Such a convenient location to shops, restaurants and most importantly - the beach! The best part was how responsive our host, Kelly, was. She gave immediate responses any time we had questions and was incredibly accommodating. Great for families - a fairly large pool with lots of toys, great space for dining indoors or out, and comfortable bedrooms. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location, close to so much stuff. Host was great, we definitely had some hiccups right from the start but Kelly took care of it the best she could. We had a great time with our family. Granddaughters favorite was the pool. Other than restrictions on times you can use the pool. This should be posted on site. Private pool means you can use anytime. It’s a great house , fun times.

Our family loved staying at this property. The location was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. My kids enjoyed time in the pool and ping pong. Overall would recommend to anyone, and we would love to return.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. the pool was clean, but slightly smaller than expected. The house was clean with a functional kitchen. The bathroom amenities needed to be replenished, but we had just enough shampoo and soap to get the salt and sunscreen off of us! Communication was excellent. We loved all of the porches.

The Emerald Owl house is a hidden gem of a vacation spot! We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and accommodating our family with teens and offered ample space for all to enjoy. The beach is a short walk and the pool was wonderful. Note that the beach access stairs are steep and was not a problem for our family with teens but could be challenging for those with mobility issues. For us it was a 5 star experience! Kelly is accommodating and clear in communication and made our experience a breeze! We are already planning a return trip!!

I cannot recommend this home enough! It is tucked in a small half cul-de-sac surrounded by shady trees with a shaded screened in deck and a front deck that always has an ocean breeze. Our 4 yo loved his room - the room with twin beds that also had a few books that he loved having to read at night. The bedroom with a full sized bed had a perfect corner for our infants pack and play crib (which also could fit easily in the master bedroom). The kitchen is small but well appointed and the queen bedroom is tucked behind the kitchen. It can be closed off creating a mini-apartment for my sister and her partner. The pool is absolutely perfect with tons of floats and toys that our 4yo had a blast with (and we loved shooting hoops!) We didnt use any of the beach stuff but it has plenty of that too including a wagon that would make a trip to the beach access easy. The owners were easy to communicate with and so accommodating. We are definitely planning to come back. It is perfect for our family and pup. If it is free you should book some time here! You wont be sorry!
