Heated private pool and pickleball court, elevator, pets, and more

The place was absolutely amazing! Our family of 11 had the very best time! So much to do without having to leave the house. Kitchen fully stocked and beyond. Highly recommend and would stay there again! The customer service was top notch. Very thoughtful in so many ways…snacks for us, s’mores set up, little gifts, and the coffee bar - beyond words FABULOUS! Completely satisfied with our decision to stay here!

Beautiful house with more amenities than we could ask for. It was a wonderful week

We rented this house February 2024 when we were down visiting our in-laws. The weather was cold (it was 55-60 degrees daily with the last day in the Gulf Shores at 49 degrees). Swimming in the ocean was out of the question, the most they could do is dip their toes in…so a few days in to our trip, we started looking for VRBOs with heated pools. Very few had pools that were heated and didn’t charge so it was an easy decision! The owner’s property manager only lives a few miles away and was able to give us a tour and show us how everything works and was able to return the next morning promptly when I locked ourselves out of the garage ??‍♀️. This house has EVERYTHING! As far as inside the house, so many beds (3 king beds, two double beds and a bunk bed) and bathrooms, plus extra room to sleep on loft. A full kitchen with every appliance you need, a full coffee and espresso bar that includes all the coffee and fixings, a tv in both living rooms and in every bedroom, a full library of books and games, arcade games, a washer and dryer on main level. For the outside, besides the obvious amazing heated pool, a Gas grill which we used daily, ping pong table, outdoor games, pickleball court, beach toys, wagons, bikes, etc. I could go on and on there was never any time for boredom. I had two questions during our stay which were responded to immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had an incredible time at Pelican’s Perch! Where do I even start….The heated pool, the pickeball court, the fire pit, the bicycles, the arcade games, the ping pong table….our kids and the adults loved it! And you are only steps from the beach! And there’s an amazing express machine! Highly recommend to families with young kids! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful decorated, amenities for all ages, very well maintained, and lots of room for all 7 of us. Great location and property manager provided excellent service.

I have to say this is one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed. From the coffee bar with whole beans and ground coffee provided, to the welcome packet with bag, water bottles, and drink coozies, you could tell both property owner and Everett cared about the guest experience. Short walk to the beach. Home was clean. pickleball court was a nice touch had some issues with the pool, but property management was on top of it. Fire pit was great. Ping-pong and arcade games were great for the kids. All around a great experience.

We stayed over a weekend and it wasn’t enough! In todays climate, customer service is at an all time low, so it was refreshing to experience 5 star customer service while staying in this home. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property manager was very accommodating and came by to show us the ends and outs of the house and how to operate the elevator (wonderful feature for my mother and older ladies in the family!). The location of the house was magnificent and the beach access was easy to get to and from. They have thought of everything fun to do outside and I only wish we had enough time to enjoy all the outdoor amenities. The pool was heated and spacious. The check in and out process was one of the easiest I’ve been through. If you are thinking about staying here, DO IT!

We had such a relaxing time at Pelican Place. It was perfect for our family. Great location to the beach. Plenty to do at the house as well. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here with a group of 8 guys. House has everything anyone would need (and then some). The owner and property manager were incredibly response. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Pelican's Perch. Not only was the home impeccably clean, but the hosts thought of everything and more. We had a variety of coffee tastes, which were all met with the wonderful coffee bar. The location of the home was ideal: so close to the tourist sites, a quick walk to the beach and steps away from the private pickleball court, which thanks to the stay, we are all now OBSESSED. Don't have a racquet? Don't worry, they thought of that too and have some for use! Our check in and out was seamless. And with the handy visitors guide provided by Pelican's Perch, we had all the recommendations for attractions, restaurants, activities and adventures at our finger tips!
