Wow!! This host thinks of everything to make your stay wonderful. From first walking into a very clean very well stocked home away from home. We found everything we needed to enjoy the area. If you’re interested in Cocoa Beach this is your home. This was our second trip to this property.

The entire experience was great, our host was excellent! Top-notch communication, a beautiful space, amenities in great condition, and a variety of ways to enjoy the stay! Would highly recommend!

What a fabulous home! Beautiful, spacious & well stocked with everything we needed. Fabulous pool area with outdoor kitchen included enough seating for the whole family. We loved the coffee & tea counter with all the flavors you could imagine. We all want to go back to this retreat soon.

The house was beautiful and the owners did not miss a single detail. From the gorgeous outside pool and kitchen area, to the beautiful bathrooms and laundry room, and the bedrooms were so nicely decorated. The coffee bar was out of the world too! The driveway and front yard werejust as lovely. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed October 8th through the 12th. This was a great property that exceeded expectations. There is no better place to book for your Cocoa Beach trip. The attention to details and everything that was provided was above and beyond. Communication with the host was great. Unfortunately our stay fell during hurricane Milton so the beach wasn’t much of an option, however it didn’t affect the trip because the backyard pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen is in itself its own little island vibe. The host was in constant communication making sure we were ok and didn’t need anything due to the storm. If you’re looking for the perfect vacation rental for your family look no further this is it! We stayed at this place for a casual bachelor party and we had the best time. The house is amazing, super clean and set up to have a great time. The host was also very very accommodating and made our whole process very easy. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We just got back from our stay in Cocoa Beach and the house was amazing! The property looked just like the pictures. The house was immaculate and the decorations are perfect. There was tons of what you need on a vacation...coffee maker (no need to buy filters), laundry machines, dishwasher, beach towels, beach chairs, a pool, tons of places to sit and chill and eat. Some other benefits that I didn't think about but were amazing were: water filter in the fridge, to-go coffee cups, salt and pepper, perfect amount of pots/pans/cutting boards/kitchen knives; tons of paper towels and toilet paper, shampoos/conditioners/soaps in all bathrooms, a printer and scanner, a garage to store the surfboards we rented, boogie boards, beach toys, tons of beach towels and regular towels, two sets of laundry machines, 3 HUGE tvs, some board games, blankets to use at the couch, etc etc etc. JUST PERFECT! We went with my family and my sister's family. There were kids and adults and it was just the perfect family vacation spot. We got food at the grocery store about 1.5 miles away and cooked in a couple of nights. The outdoor grill area was amazing. Kids playing mini golf and enjoying hot tub while the food was being prepared. The location was great. Close to downtown cocoa beach and very easy to get around. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to staying again!!
