Stayed Aug 1, 2025We had such a wonderful stay at this Lake Havasu house! The place was spotless, very homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the lake, which made it super convenient for all of our activities. Everything was just perfect, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu!

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Rented for 30 days. Property and neighborhood is good and safe. I am a neat freak so not terrible but short of my expectations. Probably ok for many. The host was responsive and addressed issues I reported. I choose to just take care of other things on my own. This property is great for families with the 4 bedrooms and the pool.

I have been coming to Havasu atleast once a year for the past 5+ yrs and this is definitely one of my top stays! Stayed Jul 3, 2024This property was amazing. The view from the kitchen window and back patio is absolutely beautiful especially the sunset. We loved the layout of the house and it was equipped with everything you need from sleeping arrangements to entertainment to having the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. Pool are was a great hangout spot.
