Perfect location and amenities. Loved our visit.

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool and the backyard swing. The garage/rec room was perfect for watching football games. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is pet friendly. This is the third property of this owner that I have rented. You can't go wrong!

I simply cannot say enough about our stay at Apple Orchard. Everything is exactly as described, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The pool was super clean with lots of furniture around it and plenty of rafts, toys and towels that were in great shape. Lots of beach gear including a wagon that could carry everything, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. we drove to the beach because my 2 year old granddaughter was with us, but we are just a 10-15 minute easy, straight walk to town. We used the firepit every evening and there was a stack of firewood for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was also this cute little cubbie upstairs with toys, books and puzzles my granddaughter could play with. Thank you for an amazing family vacation full of wonderful memories for 7 adults and one 2 year old. Wr are already booked for next year!

This was a perfect home for a girls trip or family trip. The home was stocked with everything! Just pack your clothes! The pool was amazing. We loved having enough seating in the kitchen and outdoors. Party area in garage was fun! Biking, enjoyed watching deer, walking distance to ships, coffee, and the beautiful Lake Unsalted. We will be back and recommended to others already!

Excellent and accurate property worth every penny. Home was clean, spacious, thoughtfully renovated and attractively decorated. We spent our days in the huge pool and backyard oasis. It was such a great fit we rarely made time for anything but pool hangs, firing up the grill, and late night swings. Great property with excellent accommodations and quick clear lines of communication with property managers.

My group and I loved the amazing and cozy house! The host was amazing to deal with and very responsive to me.

My parents, four teen girls, two small dogs, hubby and I stayed four days/three nights this week, and we had a terrific stay. The house is updated and well-maintained. We admired some of the antiques/nautical furnishings. Ryan and Shawn thought of everything and were so attentive. The amenities, such as the pool and firepit, really enhanced our trip. We also observed up close a deer eating from their apple tree - a cool sight to see for us city folk! Shops, restaurants, and beach just blocks away. We highly recommend this place and plan to return. Thank you!

We had 7 of us for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space. The Pool is great and huge. Any question we had, Ryan responded right away - would highly recommend!

Great property! Traveled with another family and plenty of room between the living space, garage, yard and pool to spread out. Walking distance to downtown! We didn’t have the best weather but having the pool made all the difference since the kids loved being able to swim rain or shine! Brought our dogs who loved exploring the fenced in yard. Just an overall great place to stay!
