Stayed Apr 20, 2025This property was great! The house was beautiful (even better than the pictures). We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that there was a highchair and pack and play for our 18 month old!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We had a few disappointments but an overall good experience. We spent very little time at the house as we had a very busy schedule out to the beaches, ball games, and activities with family and friends.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024The house itself was adorable. It was very adequate for our family of 9 including three young children. It was clean and decorated nicely. We especially enjoyed the floor plan that allowed for a bathroom for each queen bedroom. We were also very pleased that the host was willing to provide a high chair for our little one during our stay. We were disappointed with a couple things during our stay, namely that the host would not allow us to cancel after hurricanes Helene and Milton ravaged the Sarasota area. The house seemed to survive the storm other than the backyard fencing that was torn down in several places. Luckily, a few of the local beaches reopened a few days before our trip, but not much else was open in terms of excursions, such as the zoo, aquarium, children’s garden, playgrounds, etc. In addition, the kitchen was not “fully stocked” as it was described in the listing and had only the bare minimum necessities. Also, we were constantly battling the thermostat, which would automatically go up to 78 degrees at night while we were sleeping unless we woke up at odd hours of the night to crank it down. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the area. However, we would have preferred to reschedule our visit during a time when the city wasn’t devastated by hurricane damage.
