Heated Pool & Hot Tub ⭐️ Mins to Old Town, ASU, Hiking and ⛳️

Highly recommend for family fun! Great location with awesome outdoor space. Our family of 5 enjoyed the pool, yard, and ample seating throughout. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed the pool area very much. The house needs a thorough cleaning, including the washing machine and dishwasher. The space and location are great, very quiet and close to everything you need.The host was great. Very receptive to our questions and concerns.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, I would prefer to not write a review.-We were not given instructions before arrival on how to enter property -floors were gritty and needed sweeping -bath towels were well used, with one frayed -single ply toilet paper-most light bulbs were burnt out/missing-oven didn’t work-2 foot tall weed growing on pool deck-grill drippings caught on fire upon first use of grill. We had to bring out the fire extinguisher for safety, the fire burned for approx 10 minutes -paint badly peeling on exterior house-dark dirty house exterior wall-hot tub was extremely dirty, with a dirt ring at the water line and sand in the seats. The pool guy didn’t come for 5 days and all they did was add water and chlorine tabs. We had to clean the hot tub ourselves.-pool skimmer was full of holes so I couldn’t skim the pool or hot tubThis property definitely needs some TLC!

Location, pool and house space is great. But needs a deep clean, hot tub had grime (had not been cleaned). Went to start cooking bbq dinner that we prepped. Both BBQ propane bottles empty, BBQ was not cleaned with leftover burnt meat bits all over. Asked host for propane tank refill, he said he lives too far and to fill it up and he will reimburse. Which is fine, but annoying we have to take time to do it. Figure we can cook the food we prepped in the oven instead, pre-heat oven but it is not working either. Troubleshooted using YouTube and messaging host, still didn't work. Host did not follow up or come with a fix. So we had to just order take out instead. Oven was still broken by end of our stay.

House was perfect for our family getaway. Our teenagers loved the heated pool and the hot tub. Pool was toasty warm which was great in November! Plenty of outdoor seating. Beds were very comfortable. Great location close to all amenities, restautants and shops. Mike the host was very helpful and accommodating for our late checkout before an evening flight. Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to anyone for a great stay.

The stay was great! Host was amazing at allowing companies to come set up decorations and giving access to others for us to make things perfect for the bride. The pool was incredible and the location was easy to get to and from. It felt extremely safe. The only note to make is that the place could use a deep clean. The normal things- showers, toilets, towels, bedding, floors were clean however the outside seating area could have been better cleaned. There were cigarettes on the ground (we are non smokers) and we found glass on the ground. The walls could also use a wipe and the rugs inside could use a vacuum. Overall amazing stay and would book again!

Pool was great beds were comfortable lots of space one bathroom didn’t have any shampoo and not enough toilet paper also the kitchen blew a breaker when we tried to use the microwave but the rest of the stay was great! Definitely peaceful and safe neighborhood

My (mature) college friends and I enjoyed our weekend gathering at Michael's property. The back yard pool & other amenities were all wonderful. We found the location handy for our outings to Scottsdale, Hole in the Rock, Botanical Gardens and Tortilla Flats. My 4/5 star review is mainly due to a supply issue as the place was missing supplies like hand soap, replacement TP, & body wash. The host responded quickly & had them delivered the next day; but by that time we had discovered additional needs that we hadn't initially noticed. I didn't text him because I wanted to spend time with friends not organize the house, so I can't hold it against him... I'm sure he'd have made it right. I've since alerted him to the needs that would improve the comfort of his guests. I'm hopeful he will address these suggestions ASAP.

Stayed with my family here over spring break. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and the owner was very responsive. The cleanliness of the property was less than desirable and there are definitely minor maintenance items that if they were addressed would have made the stay more comfortable.

Great place, clean and tidy. Close to everything

Simple, clean, centrally located, spacious, backyard is so much better than being at a hotel. Having the private pool and jacuzzi is ideal because it never closes, and you don't have to deal with other guests. Very happy with my stay.
