Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Mini Golf, Theater-Sleeps 28

There was something for everyone who stayed in that house. We loved the size of the house. At one time we had 26 people in the house. We loved the theatre room and the game room for the kids and teenagers to have some fun. We loved the large kitchen for making meals. Each room was comfortable and cozy.

Great property!

There is a lot to do at this property and the host is extremely communicative. We didn't need anything at all but the host was there if we needed anything. We used the golf simulator a lot, and there are so many TVs throughout the property that streaming sports was so easy. We played a lot of the games like pool and shuffle board, and we used the fire pit and firewood. It was a great long weekend for our group.

Everything was amazing. We had a very peaceful week. Highly recommend.

Great location for bourbon tours.

Our stay was just what the Dr ordered, time away from the grind to de-stress, relax, and strengthen our bond!

We had a great time at a family reunion, all three generations had fun. The house was clean and well kept. We had enough spaces to come together while at the same time space to spread out. We had an issue with the pool cover and the owner/property manager sent a handyman out relatively quickly. It was a great experience and we are very happy we booked this home for our trip.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The house was incredibly spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to relax. There were so many fun activities right on the property that we ended up staying in the whole weekend instead of exploring the area! The pool was a highlight, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. A special shoutout to the handyman, who was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great amenities, pool and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of conveniences, well appointed and plenty of games in game room when it was too hot outside. Would be 5 star except for AC issue on second floor and sub standard mini-golf. Virtual golf was a huge hit with the golfers in the family. Property owners have promised to address AC issue. Good communication throughout rental. Smooth sailing. Sorry, no photos, we were having too much fun.

We visited the area for a sales meeting where we would meet in the morning and evening. We played two local golf courses and took a tour of Four Roses Distillery which was a short drive away. If we had not left the house we would have been equally entertained! Swimming pool, golf simulator, billiards, air hockey, chipping green, hot tubs, the list goes on and on.Wonderful host in a super clean and modern home with plenty of space for everyone to relax. There is a movie room that you could use as a meeting space or a cool place to chill out and watch a baseball game. I can't say enough good things about the house, the location and all the recreational activities it provides.If you are looking for a place to stay while you are with a group of buddies on a golf retreat or a UK football game, a sales meeting like we had or any other number of things you cannot go wrong with this place! We cooked breakfast and dinner here and everyone had a great time. Book it! You will not regret it.

Our family vacation this year included my husband, adult son, 4 of my siblings with their spouses & children. We spent most of our time outdoors in the pool, hot tubs. putt putt, fishing & kayaking. But we also enjoyed the indoor game room amenities & theater room! The house & property was clean & spacious. This was a beautiful location for us to enjoy making new family memories. 5 stars

We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location. There were a few minor things like fridge space, but that was more to do with us having enough food for 12 people for 4 days. Overall, everyone was very happy and very relaxed.

Could not have asked for a better vacation rental than what we experienced at this lovely home in Frankfort, KY.The location between Louisville and Lexington made travel easy, access to the Bourbon trail was extremely convenient, and only about a 30 minute drive to the Keeneland Race Track.The house was exactly as advertised.... the garage has been converted to an amzing gameroom (golf sim, tv's, pool, air hockey, etc).... and the downstairs area of the home with a full bar, yoga, gym, theater, poker, etc. were all terrific as well.Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and newly painted... not a single complaint from any of our 16 guests.Lastly, the pool, two hottubs, fire pit, mini golf and lake activities were all terrific as well.Overall, just a terrific place to stay for a large group looking to have a bit of fun! Thanks again Tim and Becky for sharing your home with us.... and to Chanty for helping with all the logistics of check-in / out etc. You guys make a great team!
