Stayed Oct 16, 2025Stayed here with a group of cousins visiting from California and could not have been more delighted by the property. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of bourbon tasting and enjoyed the game room after another day at the races. The house is perfectly appointed with everything a large group could ever want!

Stayed Oct 12, 2025We had an amazing stay at High Spirits Estate! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and fit our group of 19 perfectly. The huge yard was great for football, cornhole, and volleyball, and the fall views were stunning. We loved walking the property and hanging out by the pool. Luka was an awesome, responsive host. Highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing getaway with family or friends!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Excellent stay. The home was well-appointed, with ample beds, linens, and kitchen supplies needed for a long weekend. The pool, hot tub, game room, and everything else were as described and in excellent condition. Overall, a great value and an absolute gem in the area. We would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 30, 2025This home had it all! The perfect set up for all ages. We utilized the pool, hot tub, game room and had a movie night. We cooked dinners 3 out of our 4 nights and went for walks so the kids could see horses and cows. We explored nearby towns and found distilleries, golf courses, boutiques/shops and good restaurants and bakeries. We worked from the sunroom and out by the pool. We will definitely be back. The perfect place to get away!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Excellent and well-appointed home which made our family get-together wonderful. The property itself is large and spacious, so there is lots to do--rain or shine!Close to several bourbon distilleries, horse stables, and parks. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 24, 2025This property is tucked away in secluded rolling hills just west of Lexington. It is a perfect location for Keeneland activities! (only 12 minutes away)Every detail has been thought through at this lovely home! The decor is tastefully done and reflects the horse and bourbon culture beautifully. There is plenty of room inside and out for family to gather, share conversation, and play. There are more than enough bathrooms, towels and pool towels as well! The pool house provides a great space to chat or to get away. The large porch on the front is stunning and the back yard deck and pergola provide great entertainment areas. Don't forget the Speakeasy...what a nice addition with poker and pool tables, a large comfortable couch and bar! Luka was an outstanding host! He went above and beyond to accommodate our large family's needs. He is prompt and excellent at communicating. If you are looking for a home to host a large family gathering that won't feel crowded, we highly recommend the High Spirits Estate!
