Heated pool All season Private Spacious house King bed

Pool was well heated but not worth the price of the rental. We overpaid for this property, be cautious when considering this listing. I don’t recommend staying here. The host is very timely in responding.The bathrooms were not clean and the shower adjustments allowed the water temperatures to fluctuate between scalding hot and cold.The property is tired, there are no dressers for clothes, you have to put your suitcase on the floor and the quality of cleanliness is lacking.

We stayed for 2 nights in this house in late July. The house was nice and clean. It had been pretty hot outside so the pool was also pretty warm itself. One issue we had was the bedroom light turning on during the middle of the night (around 4am) the first night. We also had 2 incidences of leaving the house and coming back to the bedroom light on. It was probably a wiring issue as the bedroom fan would also surge through high and low power cycles. Nonetheless it was still a bit eerie when sleeping in a new home and something like that does happen. I did alert the property owner who said they would look into after our stay. The only other thing i may recommend would be some sort of food storage. Lots of air bnbs have the essentials such as zip locks bags/foil/etc. This one had pretty minimal outside of utensils. We did still enjoy our stay and i would truly rate it somewhere between 3-4 stars just due to the light issues we had which im sure they will correct.

We ranged in age from 71 to 4 and we all enjoyed the pool thoroughly! Boris does a great job with maintenance, so it was really refreshing and fun for all. Communication was easy and quick. We didn’t need much, but Boris was quick to respond. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out!

My family of 15 went for a wedding. The house was nice plenty of room , clean and has everything you need the pool was great we would stay again

It was a great couple of relaxing days. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature!

Place definitely needs to be cleaned up. Water wasn't consistent, you get get burned in shower. Pool was ok, made me uncomfortable staying like someone was watching us with all the rules and cameras. Just a family there to spread ashes not party-ers!

Don't go by the pictures when you make a decision to stay in this property. My wife and I felt like the pictures way overstate the reality of this rental. We spent more to stay in this home, but regretted the decision. It was not thoroughly clean. The water heater gave us problems. There was no remote for one of the TV's. To use the pool required that you remove the cover and put it back on. It was not the experience we paid for.

Great location! Not more than 20 min from major sites. Very clean and easy check in. I would give a 4.5 if I could. Lots of room for 8 people.

The property was not cleaned well at all. Very dusty, I waited before leaving this review in hopes the owner would contact me. Our Thanksgiving could have been ruined if we didn’t have family in the area. We took pictures of the mold and dust both of which I have a severe allergy. 10 out 10 would never recommend.

We had a tournament we were in and brought 8 girls. Had a wonderful time. House had everything we needed. Boris, the host, was always quick to respond to any question we had and very helpful. The girls enjoyed the opportunity to swim. Plenty of living spaces to hangout for everyone!

Pictures are little outdated from what the property looks like. Nothing major. The backyard could use some TLC but the pool was heated and was great addition to the home. Great distance from everything!! Was very kid friendly! Host was easy to work with!!! I would stay here again with my family!!

We picked this place because it claimed it would sleep 14, had a pool and was on the Kansas side of Kansas City.. there was 12 of us - 3 adults and 9 kids The pool was great! The kids loved it! The location of the house was easy to get to and from! The master shower could probably be better. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms and one half bath between 12 people. My biggest issue with the house was the sleeping arrangement . It claims it sleeps up to 14. We had 12 .. I guess looking back at the listing it never does explain sleeping situations like some do- like bedroom 1 has 1 king size, bedroom 2 and has one full etc- there is 4 bedrooms so that was nice. But one bedroom had two twins and we put our own twin size air mattress in there so it could sleep 4. Another bedroom had a full size bed and we put our own air mattress in there so it could sleep 3. Another room had a twin and it slept 2. And the master had a king and slept 2. We still had 2 girls without beds. They slept on the couches the first night and then slept on the floor of the master the second night. .. the couches do not pull out into a bed. They stay as a couch. And even if we didn’t take our own air mattresses and one kid slept on one couch it would be right at sleeping 12 which would be ok but only 2 couches are on the same level. We made it work but I just want future renters to be aware of the sleeping situation before they show up and maybe aren’t as prepared with extra air mattresses like us.
