Rocking H is an AMAZING home on the Frio River in the Heartstone Subdivision. It sleeps 22 with six bedrooms and five and a half baths. This house has a kitchen that is as large as they come with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The island is huge and will handle all the food you can cook. Stayed May 28, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, uncluttered and well stocked. The large living area, kitchen, walk in pantry, refrigerator (plus extra one in laundry room) were perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was thoughtfully designed. The covered patio with two easy to wash off picnic tables came in handy. Great location on the river with shallow and deep areas that was only a short walk away. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years and this is the first one that my family has mentioned wanting to rent again. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and warm during the winter. We had Thanksgiving dinner and then the next day drove down to Garner State Park and hiked up to crystal cave. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room.

Reviewer Comments: I don’t want to say how much we liked this house for fear of all slots filling up! Kitchen was over the top and all amenities were great. We are a Catholic family and appreciated the Christian home environment.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Our large family had a great trip! The house was perfect, and the outdoor space was INCREDIBLE! Updated pictures are needed because it’s even better than this profile shows. Only complaint… the WiFi was awful. But we didn’t need to check emails anyway!

We absolutely love the location, the pool, and the house itself. Its a great size for a large group that still allows for privacy. The management company is an absolute joy to work with.
