Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an awesome experience. We got there as the river was still flooding so we were given another house (Rocking H) to stay for the first night and then we stayed at our other house (Tranquility). I just had two complaints: We had no water pressure & the pool never got cleaned at the tranquility house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we have stayed at Tranquility. It seems that the house needs some updates and renovations. The house isn’t also very well stocked with items that are in good working order. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom above the billiard room, missing chairs on the patio from previous years, not enough trash bags or dish soap provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the house is excellent for families. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is well-stocked. Great pool! There is easy access to the river. Close enough to walk or you can drive and park near river without leaving the neighborhood. The coffeemaker didn’t work which wasn’t an issue for us, the dining tables were wobbly and several chairs were unstable (legs weren’t attached correctly??). Fortunately, those are easy fixes for the company and didn’t affect our stay. We had a great time and plan to return!

A few things need some attention on the home: upstairs game room bathroom occasionally smelled like sewage, cobwebs in the living room, not enough of the amenities that were suppose to be provided (kitchen dish soap, trash bags), house needs updated pots and pans, no dust pan to sweep with. Other then that is was a great goose that fit our needs. We will be back!

One pool stick was broken, two were missing the tops, one had a broken top.Kitchen cabinets was falling apart. Th3 restroom upstairs was leaking to the pool table room downstairs. And somebody would knock on 5he windows at night,and flashing light to the window by the pool table room.It felt like I paid to much for some thing that 2as not worth it.
