Heart of Youngsville!

Horrible host! Host contacted us prior to arriving that the previous party had broken the bed but it would be a box spring and mattress on the floor. He gave us an option to either get a full refund and stay somewhere else or he would give us half refund when we checked out. We choose to stay and get half refund when we checked out as we were 13 hours away from home. We arrived at the location and come to find out it was a little mattress on the floor. Board games were broken or missing pieces. Kitchen was missing a lot of dishes and all over the house was very dusty and dirty and could tell didn't get vacuumed prior to our arrival. Very disappointed in our stay!!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved the property. Very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy also. Would definitely stay here again.

Brand new construction - 4 really nice size bedroom; quiet neighborhood and located in an up and coming area while still close to Lafayette. Sam responded to a question during our stay quickly which was is one of the things I look for in an owner. Really close to the impressive Youngsville sports complex.

The home is great. Very clean, new, and in a great location. I recommend staying here and would stay again. 5 minutes from The Youngsville Sports Complex. The owner Sam is quick to respond, very easy to deal with and makes you feel like you’re at Home. He cares and makes sure you have everything you need. Great stay and Highly recommend.

Had to give something would’ve been 0 stars. Didn’t get the original house booked was told it was already taken. Owner did call and try to make it right. Placed us in another house in a different town. I was ok with that. Asked me to go ahead and pay for the original house. Telling me he would refund my overpayment at the time of my departure. I notified him of the items we found in the house. No hot water in one of the bathrooms, blade missing from one of the fans and ceiling falling in. He stated he wasn’t aware of it. Also house was for sale. When we left I messaged him we were departing. A week later I asked about my refund for the overpayment and I have since been ghosted. So beware of this renter asking for the full payment and offering a refund. No where to be found. Lesson learned. I do have messages to back it up.
