Stayed Oct 9, 2025This house is in a nice neighborhood and was very convenient as we traveled around Lexington. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently upgraded, but unfortunately, this is an older house and lacks amenities that would make this above a 3 star hotel. We were disappointed that the on-line pictures are not accurate (different furniture in many rooms and lacking any coffee tables or ottomans in the living rooms, dressers in the bedrooms and no backyard fire pit or chairs) and there are issues with bugs, cobwebs and stale bedrooms (none of the windows open and there are no fans in the rooms). It was acceptable as a location, but not the best for just hanging out.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024I stayed here with friends while attending a Kentucky football game and going to Keeneland. The house was close to both. The house was also well-stocked and clean.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024My group and I had a wonderful time at this rental. My only suggestion to the hosts given that people are typically renting to come in town for events etc. is to get a full length mirror somewhere in the house. The back yard neighbor’s dogs were quite a nuisance with the barking. There were only 2 chairs in the backyard and both were filthy so we were unable to use the outdoor space even if we could have handled all the dog barking.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024This house is in a nice, quiet semi-suburban neighborhood. Very close to downtown and Rupp Arena. It’s been updated, has plenty of space to cook and hang out. This would be a good house to stay with children too- fun games. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice decor. Perfect for our weekend getaway!
