Stayed Sep 4, 2025We had a great stay at this perfect little apartment in the Arts District. The price was great, it was very clean, and we loved that it had a full kitchen and space to move around. It's just right for two people. One day we strolled down to the James River and walked across a suspended bridge. I'd definitely recommend that as a little adventure. We also enjoyed the fact that they have something called First Friday, where a bunch of the shops set up displays along the street on the first Friday of the month. Thanks for a great weekend!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Richmond in the Arts District. The condo we stayed in was well-furnished & clean. It had everything we needed! Check-in was seamless in the music store on ground floor. Person who checked us in was very helpful & very available. Location was perfect, near restaurants & short drive away from Carytown. It was also on bus line that took us to the canal walk area for a great restaurant. Would love to come back!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024Cute little condo! Was visiting for a swim meet at SwimRVA (15-20 minutes away) and wanted to stay close to my other daughter a VCU student. This was easy walking distance from her dorm. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Place was super clean and comfortable.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024The property is well-maintained and run. The only reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the central air being out. They did place a window unit in the living area to help keep it cool, but the bedroom would get warmer at night. I tried to keep the door open but lights from the street would get in. I bet they get this addressed soon and it'll be fully up to snuff. Everyone was very friendly. This is in the arts district, and I was okay walking around but a few late nights you may encounter homeless folks, etc. so just an FYI for families/single women/etc. It has a bit of that downtown feel that you might anticipate in such a location.
