Enjoy our newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island w/ seating for 5, and a wet bar w/ seating for an additional 5.



Unwind in our living room space that comes equipped with a huge sectional couch, 70' TV with Youtube TV, Netflix, & Amazon Prime.



Working from home No problem! The upstairs master bedroom has a 60 inch sit/stand desk, there's a desk on the main level and someone could work on the bar on the first level, plenty of privacy for video calls!



We also have PAID parking available for one car; please see “Other Things to Note” for more information. The house also has fast WiFi, a laundry machine, and a Keurig coffee maker!





Bedroom Configuration:

Bedroom 1: two full size beds & one twin sized bed

Bedroom 2: one queen sized bed

Bedroom 3: two full sized beds

Bedroom 4: one queen sized bed (very small room without a closet)



Heat & AC:

Main heating & cooling source for the main level is Fujitsu Ductless units

Upstairs there is a single zoned central HVAC system powered by Samsung

Backup heat is via baseboard electric, this also heats the basement and is powered by the wall thermostats



Security: The home features 2 video doorbells outside the property.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house via a keypad for the backdoor and a lockbox for the front door.

Getting Around:

If you're not bar hoping along all of our walking distance restaurants, don't worry- Uber and Lyft are readily available and reliable modes of transportation in the area. Public transit via bus and train are also available. The 9 bus is 100 yards from the home. Two Train stops in Southie on the Red Line are Broadway and Andrew Square.



Other Things to Note:

We place a $500 security deposit hold on your card the day before check-in. This is not a charge. The hold will be released 5 days after check-out, provided no claims are made by the host for damages, missing items, or policy violations. Please note your bank may take several business days to reflect the release.



Please note there is a single garage parking spot available 20 feet from the front door for rent for $125 per stay. We must have payment for this 48 hours prior to your stay to make the spot available.



Friday after 6PM until Monday at 10am there is no need for a resident sticker to park in resident street parking, there is also parking around the corner on Broadway which is mostly 2 hour but no limit on overnight after 4pm until 10am seven days a week.



We typically park on Broadway overnight and move the car to G street resident parking at 10am, weekends are easy but late nights on weekdays can be more of a challenge.



There is also paid parking at the Channel Center Garage located at 116 W First Street about 0.8miles from the property. Please read signs carefully and street cleaning is once every other week.
