Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, these lovely condos are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door.

This unit is 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. On the entry level is the laundry area, the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and entry from the garage (see garage description). Upstairs is the main level with the living room, kitchen,dining area and a full bathroom. On a deck just outside the living room is a private hot tub. On the upper level are the master and second bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Living Room: Wood burning stove, TV, VCR, DVD, comfortable seating.

Kitchen: Spacious, well equipped for cooking, opening over the counter to both the living room and the dining area.

Dining Room: Seating for 6.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, TV.
Second – Queen bed, TV.
(Master and second bedrooms share a bathroom.)
Third – Queen bed, TV, adjoining bathroom with shower only.

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub on deck off living room.

Air Conditioning: No

Laundry Room: Yes, stacking washer/dryer on entry level.

Garage: Private 1 car garage. Garage access difficult and only mid-size cars are recommended; condo is right on the bus route and we suggest you don’t even rent a car!

    Very convenient location and no problems at all during our stay. Garage is very small, so rent a small car or count on shuttles. Uber from SLC airport or public transit is easy. Easy walk to Payday and Crescent lifts from this unit. Private hot tub was a great bonus!

    We were informed three days before our arrival that there would be one less bed than we had paid for. They brought in a rollaway that didn't fit in the room. This completely changed our sleeping arrangements for a long, sleepless week. Unacceptable!

    Enjoyed convenience of being less than 10 minute walk from the Payday lift.The private hottub was enjoyed by all.Check in with combination lock was convenient.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our townhome was cozy, comfortable, and well-furnished. My family loved the hot tub on the deck. There was plenty of firewood pre-stacked for the fireplace, but we didn't use it because we had a toddler with us. Slight downside was our large rental vehicle wasn't going to fit in the garage, (we didn't try, but it would have been a struggle). Luckily, we had parking at the end of the row only one house up. Would love some new, fluffier, pillows, but otherwise just what we needed. Beds were comfy. Just a one block walk uphill to Park City ski base, and easy walking distance to downtown area and shuttle buses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is in a great location. My kids and grandkids could walk to the Mountain resort, which was fabulous. Also, the condo location is so convenient to a shuttle bus stop which transportation is free in Park City.the negative is that the condo is furnished like your college apartment from the 70’s...and that is not a good thing! If the owner would just put a couple of grand into upgrading the interior (including wiring) it would go a along way and would definitely be appreciated.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not stay in the property as it was a safety risk. It was disgusting. The building is very badly cared for. The position is also not good.. The management team was great in giving back what we paid and said that they would follow up on the state of the property. It should not be rented. The owners should be embarrassed to rent this condo.The smell of cigarette smoke was truly something from the 80's.. There is no parking your car unless you have a smart car. Garage is very small. there is no street parking. It is also on a very busy road and not within walking distance to Main st and all of the restaurants or shops.

    There were a few issues with the property. outlets in the bathrooms did not work. Keypad to the garage was not working. No one maintained the driveway, by removing the snow, my husband had to remove the snow in front of doorway and parkingl ot serveral times. Old very loud dishwasher, which didn't wash dishes. Location was the best part.

    Location was great, walking distance to everything. The home was adequate and had everything you needed for a ski weekend, but it is a bit out dated. Great for groups or families with kids, but wouldn’t suggest this property if you’re expecting a 4/5 star hotel. Overall, would stay there again!
