Perfect spot for graduation weekend! Great house with a beautiful view and access to the river. We could not have had a better place to stay!

We loved this home! The back yard felt very private and had gorgeous views of the river and mountains. The beds were extra comfy and the kitchen had all the cookware we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered back porch during rainstorms. The garage had plenty of room for our bikes and paddle boards. Great stay!

Amazing property with great location on the river! The house has everything you need, just bring food and beers and you’re all set! The neighborhood has a park down the road to take the dogs to so don’t miss that! The host was amazing and responsive to any inquiries. Would recommend anyone stay here! It’s also like 5 min from everything so super close to downtown and hiking!

This property is a dream! The property had everything needed to make this stay feel like home. Every detail was perfection: the tree swing, lights on the porch, fishing pole, river access, and dog bowls for our old dog, too. This stay was pure relaxation. We are already planning our next stay just to come back to this house.

Great location with the Clark Fork River in backyard. Just outside Missoula, but close enough to everything. Perfect for a family to fit in the house. Nice covered deck to watch the floaters in the river.

Located in East Missoula, we were stationed just within minutes from University of Montana campus and all downtown festivity sites. If you are a visiting Griz football fan, I'd reserve this one early! Highest recommendation!

I have stayed here the past 3 years during the end of March. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I went to HS in Msla but left MT in1994. It is so great to stay on the Clark Fork River while seeing family and friends. It is only about 12 to Uber home from downtown shenanigans. You have your own stairs down to the river, you’re close to great hikes, and close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here for any Msla area activities.

This was the perfect place to enjoy the Montana scenery, river, and close enough to town. Fully stocked with everything you might need, property manager was wonderful. Very clean. Will stay here again next time!!!

We were doing a family get-together, half coming from Idaho & half from Browning. This was a perfect spot! Each party brought dogs; this was perfect for them. The owner was so very accommodating with our fur babies. The area was beautiful. No noise from the freeway or the river. We had a wonderful time! There was a big screen TV with a DVD, we could watch movies, and there were plenty of games available to us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. Having only one bathroom was a bit inconvenient. But there was a door between the shower and the sink, so it all worked out. I hope this property is available to us when we next come together.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It did not disappoint again. The house is clean, and is in a nice neighborhood. The convenience to campus is a bonus as well as the park along the river. We have already booked our next trip.

We have stayed here twice since we began our annual Grizzly Game roadtrip from Boise. Michelle’s house is cleaned stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a breathtaking view of the river and easy access to the Grizzly stadium. We hope we don’t regret the 5 star review because we want our weekend to be available every year!!

I truly wish I could live here. This was the perfect spot for family to come together and see the Griz win! We opted to uber to the stadium but could’ve walked had everyone wanted to. The house felt like home and was super comfy to cook, play games, and sleep at. The yard was perfect for the pups and the neighbors were nice. You can’t beat watching the sunrise come over the mountain with a coffee in hand ❤️

We loved our stay here right off the river, we have been coming to Missoula for 3 years and this is one of the best places to stay. Everything was well stocked and communication with host was amazing. So very sad to leave as for the fresh clean air, bed was SO comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The fall colors were in full bloom and the house was perfect for our family and dogs. We will definitely return.

We stayed here because it was close to the Kettlehouse Amphitheater and we were in town to see a concert. This was a perfect place because it was so close. I even packed a fishing pole and pulled a few trout of the river in the morning. The place was well stocked with anything you need or may have forgotten. Great overall experience.

Great location for easy access to downtown and event centers. Wonderful oasis backyard feels remote from hustle of town. Very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I did not personally get to stay at the property, as I had to cancel my flight. However, my parents, my sister, my niece and my nephew, all enjoyed the property immensely. I am very grateful for how well our host took care of their needs, and for the condition that the property was in when they arrived. I hope that I get a chance to stay there myself in the future.

The house was amazing! Very clean, incredibly well stocked and the view out the back yard on the river were stunning! The last two days we had no power due to a massive thunderstorm that rolled through the city and the owner constantly checked in on us to make sure we were ok. We will be back!
