Jackson, New Hampshire
Enter through a covered bridge, just off of route 16 to the heart of Jackson and our two bedroom home is located in the center of town. There are two decks overlooking the mountains, the Wentworth Golf course, the Wildcat River, the Ellis River, a pond and a park. A few minutes walk to restaurants, pubs, water falls, cross country skiing, hiking and ice skating.
The first floor is an open area with living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a kid's bedroom. The underground features a full-size sofa-bed. There is a screened in porch and two open air decks with grill and lawn furniture overlooking rivers and mountains.
The exact location of the house is to the left of the Snowflake Inn in front of the pond.
Lovely place to chill on the summer.
We enjoyed staying in Jackson’s Blai and Sarina were great hosts!
The communication with the hosts was excellent, property was very clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. Lots of little extras were at the house for our convenience, check in was very smooth. Hope to stay here again in the future, thank you!
We stayed for five weeks. Had zero communication with Sarina, because she has already provided all the answers to all of our questions. We had front row seats to the July 4th fireworks. We saw a red fox walking around the duck pond. This is a place of solitude and harmony, where we would want to be here every summer.
Just a nice place to stay if you’re looking to explore the Jackson area and not too far from North Conway. Great stay.
We loved staying at this historic home. My kids went skiing at Wildcat and Attitash ( less than 15 min away) and I could hop on the Jackson XC trail network right down the road. Everything functioned well, we were glad the owners had installed a sani- flo toilet in the basement so there were two bathrooms. We had one very small car (Yaris) and an SUV and we were able to fit in the one parking spot. When we had an issue with the DVD player Blai sent us instructions with pictures that were super easy to follow. The queen bed was super comfy (firm yet soft on top) and our kids slept well in the bunk bed. You can walk to Autumn Nomad, am awesome bakery/cafe, to Wildcat Tavern, Yesterday's for bfast or lunch, library, post office, etc. There is lots of road noise so bring a noise machine!
We had a wonderful week on Main Street in Jackson in this home. The foliage was at peak and while we had to work it was great to be able to step outside and walk through the tiny town or into the surrounding hills. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals; the beds were comfortable. Everything worked including the Internet. A real joy!
My family and I had an amazing time here. We stayed a month and I wish it could have been longer. Close to everything we needed. The house itself is really comfortable. I won’t hesitate to stay here again.
We stayed at Blai and Sarina's property on Main Street for several weeks. Perfect location with access to everything. We savored our morning cups of coffee overlooking the Jackson XC trails. Plenty of space for guests, and the downstairs level made a perfect spot to get some work done. We felt right at home and would love to stay again.
Amazing house and location gorgeous view plenty of room for six people owner really took care of us five star service he even drove up and got us a generator after a brief power outage due to the tropical storm would definitely come back
