STAIRS: Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to enter the apartment; therefore, the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges. No elevator is available.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the unit, monitoring the exterior entrance.

NOISE: This building has two private apartments upstairs and a business on the lower level. The unit is located in downtown Denver, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Located on Broadway St., some street noise or music from the bar next door can be heard in the unit, especially on weekends during summer. To make your stay more comfortable, we’ve included earplugs and noise-reducing blackout curtains.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
