These quaint vintage homes are tucked in an area just 8 minutes north east from Downtown and the Fort Worth Stockyards. This circa 1950's house has been recently remodeled and furnished in the same style of the original era (MCM). It is a quiet neighborhood, and central location.
Guest access:
Street parking for 2 cars in front of home. When you walk up the sidewalk, the door facing the street is the main front door and there are two steps.
The large front yard is your designated outdoor area, small picket fenced area for (approved) pets, with a patio area under large oak trees.
The back of the property has a road behind it, with driveway to garage and separate efficiency unit for onsite tenant/assistant. It has it's own private entrance. You will not need to use the back yard.
