Stayed Dec 26, 2025Lovely home with fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms… the tub filler does not work, but the hand shower can be used to fill the tub. The floors are very creaky, so if you are a light sleeper with family who get up at night, prepare to be disturbed. Otherwise a very nice property! Loved the Christmas tree, record player, and tree swing.The garage has been converted into a really cool game room with a hot tub! Cute exterior space, and loved the bean-bag toss game.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025The house was very nice & clean. There were two couples staying here, we liked the convenience of being close to town and restaurants. The house does sit on the corner of two very busy streets, so it was noisy! The floors creak loudly which will happen in an old houses, no getting up at night quietly. :) One bathroom was a shower/tub and the shower is all that worked, one person really wanted a bath! Miner issue & also both bedrooms had TV's but one was not signed in on the streaming the other two were. All little things!! The kitchen was nice, but we did not cook! The turn table was a nice touch enjoyed the old albums. Off street parking was good.

Stayed May 30, 2025Hazel Haus in Fredericksburg was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Two comfortable king beds and good coffee for the Keurig. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Just not ready for prime time. A washing machine with no laundry detergent, and a dryer with no heat. The bathtub has a switch to move water from the jets to the faucet for a bath, but it didn't work. The garage had a huge TV with lots of services, but apparently no internet so it didn't work.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved the Hazel Haus! From the location, to the cozy beds, to the hidden speak easy just off the patio. We also enjoyed the swing under the big beautiful tree as well. Lovely home and would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved everything about this house, if I could change one thing about this place it would be the bed I would make it softer. Would highly recommend this place it is in a perfect location in walking distance of great restaurants and shopping.
