The beach is never heavily crowded and is often almost empty this time of year. The lack of condos means that except for the peak weeks the beach will be pleasant. The management company responded promptly to an a/c problem it was fixed immediately. Pool was excellent! A very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival the outside looked stunning and we were all very excited. Walking through the house it was a filthy mess. Chips on “clean” bedding, roaches, fishing out rats daily from the pool, finding scorpions throughout the house, none of the exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked so there was mold all over the ceiling, I cleaned one glass fixture on the chandelier and the difference was night and day. When trying to call we got no one. We called everyday until we finally got someone. We actually ended up leaving early because we couldn’t handle the filth anymore. We expressed our concerns but never received anything back.

Layout was great for us and our two teen girls. The pool and sitting area were perfect and got a lot of use. Also, enjoyed meals on the table on the deck. Proximity to beach and The Trading Post made the house even better. Would rent again!!!

My kids loved being able to swim at night with the color changing lights in the pool. The short walk to the beach, ice cream shop and Trading Post made this an extremely convenient location. We booked a fishing charter to do some bay fishing and loved it, played in the waves, ate dinner in Port St Joe, and explored the cute little Apalachicola area (about 30 min away).

Very close to the ice cream shop and trading post as well as a very short walk to the beach. This is one of the first properties we have rented where the pictures actually look exactly like it does when you walk in the property. The pool was amazing to have for the kids to play in and to cool off after the beach. We loved everything about the property and location.

We had such an amazing stay. This house is gorgeous and we are definitely wanting to plan another stay in the future. Such an easy walk to the beach and the traiding post. We arrived on a Saturday and on Monday we noticed it was a bit cool and was going to be a cloudy week so I emailed Baytowne and asked if they could turn on the pool heater and for an additional fee they had someone out there the same day. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all. We met a few of the home owners near by and they were so nice. Don’t over think it and stay in the house. You won’t regret it. It is more beautiful in person.

Cape San Blas and this rental house we’re great and exactly what our family were looking for on our quiet beach vacation. Heated pool was a must for us in April with some cooler temperatures. Very quick walk to the beach and very nice house, complete with Netflix. Thanks!

This property was clean, easy close walk tot he beach and pool was great. Highly recommend.
