Havglimt GardenHouse is a fully private home with its own garden and terrace, exclusively available to guests.
The house offers bright rooms, a functional layout, and a calm atmosphere that provides more space and privacy than a typical apartment.

The house is located on peaceful «Roaldsøy», which is a island right outside the city center. It is connected by bridge so it is a short 10 min drive or a short bus trip to the city center.

The combination of the peaceful surroundings, sea view and the city so close is truly unique.

The property is well suited for both short and longer stays, with comfortable beds, good storage space, and areas designed for relaxation.

Guests also have easy access to nearby beaches and swimming spots, and the location offers convenient shorter access to Preikestolen and surrounding nature.

The outdoor areas allow guests to sit outside in peaceful surroundings, whether enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a long day.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden and terrace.
There are no shared spaces.

All indoor areas are fully available during the stay.
Outdoor areas may be used freely and are intended for quiet enjoyment.

Nearby beaches and swimming spots are accessible from the property, and guests are welcome to use these at their own responsibility.

Access to the house is provided via self check-in.

Keys
Guests are responsible for the key provided during the stay.
If the key is lost or damaged, the lock must be replaced. This will result in a replacement fee of NOK 6,000.
