This home is located on a quiet street just one block from the 1st Street beach access to beautiful Lake Michigan. You'll have easy access to the beach for morning walks, swimming, sand play, hunting for beach glass, or sunsets. You'll also be able to take advantage of the variety of included bicycles for all ages to make the quick trip to other beach access pointsor downtown for shopping or a bite to eat. After you've explored the beach and South Haven, you'll be able to relax in a private backyard or screened-in porch.

INSIDE THE HOME
This one-level charming cottage will welcome you the minute you walk in with the open floor plan and attention to detail in the decor throughout. When you first walk into the entryway you will find wall hooks to hang your jackets or beach towels and a storage closet with items such as a cooler, beach toys, and inflatables for you to use during your stay. As you enter the home you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher, and dining area. The large living room is set up for maximum enjoyment with large sitting chairs, a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper, and entertainment with a smart tv. Off of the living room and down a short hallway, you will find a full bath, with a tub, two bedrooms, and a laundry room.
The master bedroom offers comfort with a queen-sized bed, smart tv, large closet, and a full bath with tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with a single trundle bed that slides out from underneath, a closet, and a bonus desk/seating area where you can plan your activities, work remotely, or find many board games, books, toys, and supplies for “kids” of all ages. The finished laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer, additional storage for beach tents, and chairs which are provided for you to use during your stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Did we mention this home has amazing outdoor space in the form of a large private yard and a relaxing screened-in porch Enjoy coffee, wine, games, or just relaxing on the screened-in porch any time of day that is located through double doors off of the living room. On the porch, there is ample seating, including a coffee table, loveseat, and four chairs. If you spend the evening on the porch you can enjoy the ambiance of the Edison lights strung above. As you leave the screened-in porch you walk into the large backyard where you can play croquet, the game is stored in the porch area, or relax in the hammock that will be calling your name. Also, outside you will find a small deck on which the gas grill, a patio table with four chairs, are located for you to enjoy outdoor dining.
Parking: Parking is provided for 2 cars on the cement pad in front of the garage, and street parking in front of the home.

EXTRAS
Throughout the home are “extras” that will make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. These include beach items that are stored in the home for your use and toys and items that are great for inside entertainment. Additionally, if you have young children there is a high chair and pack 'n play in the home, and three different stroller options in the garage, all provided for your convenience.
Guests at each cottage will have access to garage storage that holds items you may need or find useful during your stay; including 4 adult bikes, 3 youth bikes, 1 balance bike, 2 razor scooters, bike locks, multi-tool for basic bike maintenance, and air pump. These are shared items and so we do ask that you keep these items stored in the labeled area.
