Stayed May 22, 2024The place was nice and clean. The pool and game room was fun. We were a family of 16 we were missing bedding the first night but they brought us bedding the next day. Lucky not all of us were there the first night. The one thing that was dissapointing was the bathrooms technically there was only one bathroom that would lock and have privacy.. the one in the master has an adjoining bunk room that has a bathroom in it that has no door at all so we couldn't shower or use the toilet in there as it was out in the open no privacy the other queen room bedroom had a bathroom with a barn door that didn't lock. I think its important to mention this..to know you only have one private bathroom..other then that the place was nice we had a good time..thanks for the coffee.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 11-16. The house was perfect and everyone had there own bed. Very clean and well maintained. The backyard and pool were a hit with everyone as well as the game room. The boys spent a lot of time playing basketball. Overall, this is a great spot for big families.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024We recently had the pleasure of staying at this four-bedroom home in Lake Havasu and I must say, it lived up to the reviews. From the outset, communication with the host was seamless, ensuring a stress-free booking process and a warm welcome upon arrival. The home itself comfortably accommodated our large (12) group, with ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean, with beds so comfortable they practically beckoned us to unwind after a day of adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the heated pool and spa, which provided the perfect retreat for both relaxation and play. The game room offered entertainment especially for the teens, while the propane fire pit and generous outdoor lounge areas created a cozy ambiance for evening gatherings under the stars. We took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and barbecue grill, preparing and enjoying most of our meals right at the home. It was a joy to cook together in such a well-equipped space, and the convenience of dining al fresco only added to the experience. The location proved ideal for exploring all that Lake Havasu has to offer. We enjoyed visits to local parks and leisurely strolls around the iconic London Bridge. Overall, our spring break getaway at this Lake Havasu home was great with its comfortable amenities and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We all enjoyed this beautiful, spacious property. There were lots of outdoor stations around the pool/hot tub to gather and relax. Modern styling throughout with easy flow to the central living spaces. A garage game room that was loaded with entertainment for all ages. Lots of games and toys. This was a short-notice booking on Christmas Eve and the host couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. We will have lasting memories of our family time here in Havasu.
