Havasu Retreat with Pool and Game Room-pet friendly.

Stayed 28 days and didn’t want to leave. Good location loved the patio and pool area. Worked out great for us. Would definitely stay again.

Rod was very communicative and helpful. House was homey and comfortable. Fenced in yard kept our two dogs safe. Grocery store 4 minutes away. London Bridge just 8 minutes away. Good neighborhood.

The home was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool is good size, but not heated, so a swim during the cooler months is probably not gonna happen. The home is also centrally located so its easy to get wherever you want to go. I also appreciate the use of the garage so your car doesn't have to sit in the hot sun. Overall i would definitely recommend this home.

Spacious, open plan house and nicely decorated. Good location and easy to find. Unfortunately, we had an event to attend so we didn't get to spend much time there and enjoy the amenities.

House was in good condition and amenities were good. Pool was not clean but we didn't use it anyway because it wasn't heated. Not a big deal.The freezer in the fridge may have an issue as there was water in the bottom of the drawer that didn't ever seem to freeze and items in it didn't stay completely frozen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish we had the time to use all the extras available, like the pool and game room. Very clean, very quiet.

House was very roomy & clean! Tons of space for parking our truck and boat, the back yard was huge for our pup onyx!

Everything was great. Sleeping arrangements were ideal. Access to the garage for parking 2 cars made it easy. Less than a 10 minute drive to the marina where we had a slip for our boat was convenient.

I loved the open feel to the house, the hard floors made for a cool experience in the AZ heat and a very clean feel.The house was very clean and stocked with essentials! Good instructions, quick internet and easy access to the property! The host was the best part, thanks for prompt communication accommodating our check-in and last minute reservation! We had a wonderful time with our close family! And the weather was perfect for the pool, not even in the triple digits!!

Check-in easy. Clean inside. Pool not so clean, but probably due to age. Kitchen drawers could use safety stops, as drawers can fall on feet if pulled out more than halfway. Bathrooms very clean. Thank you.

Good location, pool table was perfect entertainment for the kids, backyard pool was refreshing after coming off the lake all day.

This house was fun, with plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have access to the garage and the beds were comfy. A little further from the lake than we anticipated but it worked out.

This house was great. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the covered back patio is tile and it’s so slippery because of the pool. Ours kids slipped a couple of times. Laid out some towels which helped a lot. But we all had fun. Space was perfect.

Beautiful home right in the center of the city, very close to the bridge and everything around. Host was very nice and accommodated us coming a night early.

From beginning to end Havasu Retreat was exactly that, a quiet and comfortable place to relax and restore. All the comforts of home great you with a bright, clean and comfortable environment. It’s just right distance from the main thoroughfare and close to so many cool places to enjoy. From hiking in beautiful natural environments to a really cool downtown experience. AND hosts are top notch if you have any questions. I highly recommend Havasu Retreat.

We were in lake Havasu for a memorial service. The location was perfect for getting where we needed to go and proximity to groceries, gas station and lake. We had so much fun playing pool, mapool,making our own breakfasts and

The house served it's purpose for us. It is missing items which we could have used but I have since let the owner know and he said he would order those. It could use new outdoor furniture.

We had a very nice relaxing weekend. House was bigger than we needed, very comfortably appointed and the back yard was great for our pup. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The home is as great looking in person as the photos detail. Less than 5 minutes to the London Bridge, Main Street restaurants and hiking! We only made eggs and cinnamon rolls but it appeared anything you would need to make a full course meal was provided. There is also an outdoor grille on the covered patio. Pool was perfect during those 90 degree days. It was great having use of the 2 car garage too. This is definitely a home we’ll return to if available during our next Havasu visit!

My husband and I took our son and some of his friends to Lake Havasu and rented this house while there. It was clean, more spacious than I expected and close to the lake. The check in was easy and instructions were clear. We had a great time.

We had a really wonderful time staying at this property. The house was fully equipped, clean and family friendly. The pool and patio area was our favorite. Nice, safe feeling neighborhood. Easy access to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We only stayed 2 nights but this house was exactly as advertised. Everything was in working order and communication with the host was great.

We went to Lake Havasu for our 50th wedding anniversary. Home is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked and clean. Rod was wonderful to work with and attentive to all questions.

This house was definitely a welcome retreat after a long drive. It was very comfortable in every aspect, clean, and accommodating and we loved the layout with three doors to the backyard. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the garage. Check in and check out procedures were simple, not a big list of things to do and worry about. The house is just a short drive to grocery store and 3 dog parks, our must haves. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Despite the big pool, the backyard was big enough for our two mini-Aussies to run around.

Loved having the pool table since the weather wasn’t warm. The master bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that all of the indoor seating was barstool height and that does not work well for the elderly.
