Havasu Paradise w/ Private Pool, Hot Tub & Casita!

Nice place, a bit far from shopping stores

House is cozy and spacious. Location is perfect, next to gas station, grocery store, and Havasu Riviera Marina. Owner was very accessible and quick response with questions.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and had a nice set-up. Close to Havasu Riviera Marina and Bashas supermarket. The decor was nice. The beds were VERY comfortable. The check in process was very smooth, and the owners were very kind to let us do an early check-in. We had great communication with the owners during our entire stay. The cleanliness of the entire house was disappointing. All of the top bedding was dirty, the floors in the bathrooms had hair, the doors were filthy, there was food trash shoved under the couches. And food and food trash under the beds. The backyard needs a good clean up and then it would be a nice place to hang out. I was disappointed with all of the dead plants and leaves and such all over the yard on the ground. Many pool tiles were missing, and it just didn't give the vibe I was hoping for. We ended up not hanging out there as I expected we would. I appreciated the early check in but if that interfered with the cleaning, I would have understood that it couldn't be an option. I would have rather had a clean place. I was in contact with the owners to make sure the owners were not being taken advantage of by their cleaning company. They were appreciative and explained that they would be on top of them moving forward. After all was said and done, I felt it would be fair to refund the cleaning fee as a courtesy, but I have not heard back from the owners regarding my request.

Overall the house was nice. The inside was clean and tidy. The air conditioner in the house and casita worked well. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and corn hole. The BBQ worked well. Outside was nice-ish. The pool was nice and clean. The bushes and trees surrounding it could use some TLC and water. The spa did not heat up. There were supposed to be toiletries but none were found other than toilet paper. We did discover a new coffee place nearby Wild coffee so that is a huge plus. Nice neighborhood. I would stay again.

House was just ok, master bedroom had finger nails clippings on ground in bathroom with a girls fake nail laying with it. Ac filter was so clogged unit was not running correctly. Kitchen utensils were old and barely enough to cook with. Tree in front yard covers driveway and was very dirty, yard definitely needs some love dead bushes front and back. price was good, we appreciate the use of the house, would we come back? probably not.

Overall, it was just very disappointing vs the booking profile.After 2 days of driving; 8 hours on arrival day, we got to the house 12 minutes before check in and the keypad would not let us in until exactly 4. Which was ridiculous.The pool was not heated and therefore unuseable. The pool floaties would not have been available to use even if the pool was heated. The volleyball net was shredded. On pool cleaning day, the cleaner turned the hot tub down to 80 and so after a long hike in Joshua Tree, we were looking forward to soaking our tired muscles and couldnt because it was freezing.There were no full length mirrors in the entire property. Multiple outlets did not work in the house and the casita. You were only given 2 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom. No extra towels at all.You were only given 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags. Therefore we had to go buy more trash bags and kleenex as there were no tissues anywhere. No zip locks for lunchs or left overs. And no containers with covers. The appliances are the loudest machines i have ever heard.The casita didnt have any supplies; plates, bowls, paper towels, silverware, etc even though it has a microwave and fridge.The knives were so dull they almost didnt cut anything.The gaming garage was a nice touch since we couldnt use the pool, but dont worry there were only 2 useable darts and so you couldnt play any real game.Ping pong and accessories were fine.reezing

The home was nice but smaller than expected also the kitchen basics needed to be updated. Can openers didn't work knives were dull a lot of mismatched plates and cups and some things were still dirty
