KITCHEN AND DINING
The modern kitchen is a standout, boasting an oversized island with bar seating for 3 and sleek electric appliances. It is fully stocked for any meal prep and includes a K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee (regular and decaf) plus cream and sugar. For meals, choose between the 6-seat indoor dining table or the large 8-top outdoor table under the covered patio.

Four well-appointed bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options for adults and kids alike.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with luxury en-suite featuring a dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: King bed located next to a convenient 3/4 bath. (Sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Two bunk sets (4 twin beds) located near the hall bath. (Sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed located near the hall bath. (Sleeps 2)

3 Full Bathrooms total – Providing a great mix of soaking tubs and walk-in showers for the group.

*Note: The walk-in closet in the primary suite is off-limits to guests.

HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property (excluding the garage and primary walk-in closet). A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.

SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

PET POLICY
• Although we love animals, this property is not suitable for pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.

AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.

POOL & SPA POLICY
• Pool: The pool is not heatable.
• Spa Heat: Available 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $45 per night (must be requested/paid upfront).
• Equipment: Tampering with pool/spa equipment or the automatic vacuum is strictly prohibited. Any interference will result in a minimum $250 service fee.
