Hav'Anna Daydreamin': Pool, 1 Block to Beach by Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

The house was outstanding! The furnishings are updated and the place was well kept inside. Linens were available and plentiful. They have a beach cart to use along with some beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. This was huge for people that are traveling via the air and cannot pack those items. The location for what we wanted to do was perfect. The ease of which we could get to the beach was a huge plus.One small issue that we didn't like is that they only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom...no extras. This was a problem when we ran out and didn't have any extra. There was only one roll of paper towel which wasn't an issue because we didn't run out. There were no boxes of facial tissues to be found, which led to us using toilet paper to blow our nose, leading to us running out quicker. Lastly there wasn't even any salt & pepper anywhere. These may seem like little things. But these are the things individual homeowners who list their homes through VRBO will have. It's a reflection on them and their property so they include the little things like this.

The house was nice and clean. We had a great stay!

The place was clean, very spacious and very accommodating. The hairdryers were missing and we reached out and they had two hairdryers delivered later that day. Very pleased with that. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was right down the road and the cart, cooler and beach chairs that were available were very nice. I also want to point out that whoever installed the outlet and light switch covers had all the screws oriented the same direction, I appreciate that very much! lol ( mine are the same way in my house ). Overall it was a perfect week staying at this property.

Nice house. Ice maker was messed up but repair company automatically repaired it. We didn’t ask. Ac unit probably needs to be bigger. House got warm during the day. Back bedroom with AC unit had breaker flip probably 10 times. Once I knew it was outside I could flip back on myself. Kinda annoying.

Beautiful home. Perfect spot for a girls trip to the island. Pool and back yard area is perfect and private. We spent lots of time in the pool Easy walk to beach and house is close to everything on the island. We’d definitely stay here again

The house was super clean when we arrived, it’s in good, quiet neighborhood with neighbors being super friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Beach wasn’t super crowded.

Our stay was very enjoyable with upgraded furnishings, enjoyable pool time, stocked kitchen for meals, and easy access to the beach!

This was the BEST vacation house! The house was at a perfect location to all of the hot spots in AMI- family friendly, safe, 3 minute delightful walk to the beach, and had all of the amenities needed - beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, pool, beach towels, etc. We will absolutely return to AMI and this new little location. So glad we chose Hav’Anna Daydreamin! Thank you!!

We’ve been coming to AMI for 20 years, and while the hurricanes did do damage (RIP Rod & Reel) the island in general looks great! The house is centrally located- walking distance to Pine Ave and all the shops/boutiques/restaurants/rentals, Sandbar is walkable. We always rent bikes and we used them to get to Publix and Skinny’s:) the house is darling - well decorated - beach chairs and a wagon provided- the pool was great ( not big, but perfect for us) The alarm system took a little getting used to though lol. Highly recommend the property!

Beautiful home in AMI! The mgt company is so friendly and answered any questions we had. The beds and sofas are so comfortable. The home is spacious, clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. A short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Hav'anna daydreams! While we were there our air conditioning went out, and it did take upwards of 12 hours to get it fixed (wouldn't have been a huge deal if we weren't stuck in the Florida heat) but luckily we had the private pool to keep cool. My second complaint is the cleanliness was very subpar. Although I would consider myself a clean freak, almost everywhere I looked there was dust, hairs, etc. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness but that didn't disturb any part of our stay. The location provided beach access a block away which was so nice for us as we didn't rent a golf cart. Overall I rate it 4/5 stars and we would love to return again.
