Welcome to HavaLOVELY Stay! Our charming pool home is ready for you and your family & friends to come enjoy, relax, and enjoy the beautiful city of Lake Havasu. We are within 5-10 minutes to all the attractions in the area, and have a lovely home we want to share with you! Vaulted ceilings, wood floors, clean, and simplified. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, LARGE backyard with a pool, many seating areas, pool loungers, and the ultimate privacy. Great parking for all your cars and toys. Come staytoday!

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must!
>Will be charged if this is not followed

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
