Welcome to Harley House, Fredericksburg’s newest luxury rental! This warm and inviting home in the historic district is just minutes away from Main Street shopping, wine-tasting rooms, and restaurants and is the ideal place to have a cozy and comfortable stay!



The Space:

Warm and welcoming from the outside, you’ll immediately notice the red front door. Early American traditions believe that red doors symbolize “welcome,” and HarleyHouse will indeed feel like your home away from home.



Curl up on the couch and enjoy the warmth and glow of the electric fireplace while watching your favorite movie or show. Or, if you’re in the mood to socialize, the open floor plan is ideal for entertaining family and friends.



Entering the bright and cheery kitchen, you are drawn to the classic white cabinets with transparent glass doors that make finding glassware and plates a breeze. There is also plenty of countertop space and all stainless steel appliances. If you choose to dine in during your stay, the farmhouse-style dining table seats up to six comfortably.



Classic french doors off the living room lead into the first bedroom; there is no need to worry about privacy as there are curtains you may close on the inside doors. The second bedroom is just down the hall; as you enter this bedroom, a warm-hearted quote adorns the wall in memory of the owner's father. In the hallway between these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a large spacious walk-in shower. The third bedroom is on the other side of the house, right off the kitchen. This bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Comfortable king beds, luxury linens, and unique lighting fixtures create ambiance in each bedroom.



Your favorite space may be the backyard patio surrounded by a charming white picket fence. When it is time to unwind after a fun-filled day on the town, grab a drink, step out the back door onto the patio, and soak in the hot tub under the stars. When weather permits, there is a gas grill and outdoor dining table for you to enjoy. Harley House is an extraordinary home you will not want to leave!



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via email.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

    The house was clean and very cute! Loved the decor and finishing touches on the appliances. Communication with housing management was not very efficient. I tried contacting the host prior to arrival to see about adjusting the check in times and guest count but never received a message back. When we first arrived, the ac was set to 70 but never got below 75, reaching out to the house management was way more difficult than it should have been. Had to call several times for someone to answer and then got put through to an automated message. Eventually got ahold of a representative and they sent a maintenance person out to the house that night to look at it. Then the following day they came and replaced the air filter which was all that was needed. But getting through to someone and having them respond in a timely manner was very poor. Part of the problem is that I thought this house was being managed by a couple or a family and not a company that owns multiple houses in the area, so I can imagine how response time would be slow when managing several houses all at once.

    House was very cute and spacious. The security deposit was a bit of a surprise and unexpected since it did not pop up until the day before when we received our check in information and the rental agreement. Overall, the house itself was a perfect place for our girl weekend.

    We did a weekend girls’ trip for my sister’s bachelorette and stayed at this cute home! It has great proximity to Main with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are plush and comfy, but there aren’t any ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms. It’s the perfect size for 3-6 people.

    Harley House was a great choice for us (4 adults). House was clean and wonderfully updated. It is conveniently located near the center of town and is easy to access restaurants, shopping, wineries, etc. Check-in , check-out went smoothly and communication with host was easy and quick.

    The location of the house was perfect! An easy walk to Main St. The house was very clean and had a nice, open flow. Mattresses on the beds were excellent and made for a very comfortable sleep. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans.

    The property is very lovely. Just like the photos! The house is clean and comfortable - beds and all! Great place if you want to just hang out when you’re not out enjoying the town. Would have loved to enjoy the hot tub but didn’t have a chance. I guess we’ll just have to go back and stay here again!!!
