Stayed Sep 7, 2020Bathrooms were filthy we had to wait on cleaning to get done and they did absolutely nothing but vacuum we went to Walmart once we were in and got stuff to scrub everything, upstairs palm tree room bathroom sink is leaking they put a small pitcher under the sink to catch water instead of fixing and it stunk, I was afraid to turn on the ceiling fans because there’s so much dust on them, carpets in basement were wet and filthy, and the dehumidifiers they have running in there are full of mold and dust! When I called about the cleanliness and about the pool only being open for 3/7 days we were there the man I spoke with didn’t care in the slightest, it was like he got his money screw us!! Very disappointed and I won’t stay here again!
