Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house and location were perfect for our family of 11, including one year old twins. It was immaculate and had perfect rooms for everyone. We loved the huge deck and spent many afternoons and evenings there playing games. The location was amazing. We enjoyed it even more than we thought we would and loved both low tide and high tide. We took our kayaks out several times. The entire trip was so easy. Tina was so accommodating and the house had everything we could want. Perfect week.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Super. Kitchen was well stocked with ever appliance, utensils, and gadgets required. Spectacular views: although on vacation, we got up 3 mornings to see spectacular sun rises. Minutes to the beach and did the tidal flats daily.

Stayed May 24, 2025We rented this nice summer home for a family reunion and spent a good deal of time in the glassed-in third floor tower that featured comfortable chairs and a lovely view of sunsets over the Seabrook nuclear power plant. Who knew such a thing would be one of our favorite memories? The only downside was that our first few days were wet and the last few coincided with the arrival of thousands of midges (or sand fleas or no-see-ums or whatever name you want to give them) so we were unable to use the lovely firepit on the deck. But the family we rented from were lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We so Loved our stay!!! Prob going back! Everything as mentioned. Except the spa is no longer there. We didn't care as we wanted the ocean. A group of 15 and we still had room to breathe and have our own space. A Gem!

Stayed Jun 29, 20243 families shared the house, it was a great place we enjoyed a lot of things in the area but we enjoyed the fireworks right front the deck at the house. The owner was available for every call and text and recommended some great places to eat.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024OMGoodness, this property was exceptional. House was comfotable with room for all. Family games at the hugh table , while others enjoyed tv and the deck that overlooked the water. Water was cold of course but we still got in. Enjoyed the fact it was right here. Can't say enough about this vacation spot. The host seems so down to earth and welcoming. It was FANTASTIC! !!!!

We were thrilled to watch the tide come in and go out. It was Mother Nature's gift. The house was a place of peace and tranquility, and many happy memories were made. We had a wonderful time.
