Stayed Jul 26, 2025Clean home in good condition with great location next to marketplace/deli across from HHS marina. Easy check in. Listing is misleading about home being 4 bedroom; it’s only 3 bedroom and has futon in living room. However bedding was available for that. Very basic starters available (a few trash bags, hand soap, 1 roll paper towels and 1 roll TP per bathroom). Beds were comfortable and clean, pillows ok (would bring your own if picky). Kitchen stocked with basic appliances. WiFi access and TVs in each bedroom. Overall good stay and would recommend this rental!

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Rented the house to attend my daughter’s wedding. House was to be for, wife and I, in-laws, my mother and my son. House was great, clean, well kept, bed’s comfortable, great location. Only issue, it is not a four bedroom, it is three and a sofa bed in the living room. Post said common area. I had to get a hotel room to accommodate my adult son at the last minute.
