Happy Place -Gulf Front 3 Bed 2.5 Bath Townhome Sleeps 7 No Pets

The interior of property is very nice. The exterior is older. The property is right on beach. The property is very very very minimally stocked. Like no salt/pepper…..no coffee filters. You literally need everything you need. Filters, spices, small garbage bags, large garbage bags. All soaps. CHECKOUT IS 9am!!! No property I have ever been in requires 9am. To wait until 10 am is 50. Won’t visit again.

Perfect location on a quiet section of beach!! Beautiful beach, water, and home. Loved the big shower. Only complaint is the bed wasn’t my comfort but everyone’s taste is different! Very clean which is major importance to me.

We had the beach to ourselves the entire week. The place was very clean. The management company was great to work with. The only thing we wished is that there would have been a wooden walkway out to the beach like the other condos around have. It’s not a make or break though because we are coming back to bring our grandkids in October!

House was great. Loved being right on the beach for the views and easy walk to and from the beach. House was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Would book again

A wonderfully quiet spot on the beach. Only complaint, per se, is that the hose didn't work to rinse off our feet and gear so just constantly refilling a pitcher of water. Pics showed an ice maker - so was anticipating that but it wasn't there- but wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The beach was not crowded at all! It felt like our own private beach. Great communication with Blue Moon vacation rentals. You can watch the July 4th fireworks from the porch at the townhome. A few negatives: The foyer area is unfinished and has a funny smell but once you are upstairs, you don’t smell it. The master bedroom door doesn’t stay open so you have to prop it with something if you want it open. The bunkbed in one bedroom blocks the light switch. We ate at Andy D’s, Juana’s Pagodas, and Windjammers. We went to Bands on the Beach in Pensacola (20 min drive) and Crab Island in Destin (~45 min drive). Overall, we would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful family vacation!
