Happy Place B . Such a house

The unit was very clean with quality and attractive decor. Rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with evertything you would need. We especially liked the coffee maker with the option to brew a full pot in the morning or a single cup later in the day. For someone who planned to cook meals there was a wide variety of basic spices on hand. We enjoyed having patio space on both the front and back that were covered. While we were not traveling with a pet it would be a great option for someone who is. Nice spacious front yard for walking and a private fenced back space for letting a dog out unleashed. We were not traveling with children but there would be space to set up a crib or pack and play. There was also a high chair in a closet. Owner was quick to respond. Check in and out were easy. The door and code were easy with clear directions. The neighborhood getting to the unit looked a bit old and run down but don't let that deter you. This unit is newer and more upscale. The neighboor was quiet. There was no traffic. This unit is on a larger property so no other homes are close so it feels very private. A couple very minor things would make a difference. There was no counter space in the bathroom to sit make up or hair products or shaving gear when getting ready. A small table or even a portable tv tray would help as that is the only mirror in the unit. We were travelling to attend a wedding but otherwise that would not have been an issue at all.

Very clean home. Would recommend some standalone lighting in the living room other than just a small table lamp. Would also like to see nightstands in the second bedroom. Overall, a good house.

Very convenient location. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was around a thirty minute drive to Honeymoon island. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Place was very clean and a great place to stay. Don’t let the mixed neighborhood deter you from staying here. Very quiet and nice to sit outside in the evenings.

The accommodation is great for a couple or small family. We found the house very comfortable and it met our needs. Parking was close and super accessible. The only thing we thought could’ve used a little more attention was the yard. We have small dogs and the yard (both front and back) was full of weeds. This made it difficult for them to go outside without getting weeds in their fur or dirty. Aside from that, the property was fantastic and we’d recommend it for anyone wishing for a quiet place to stay.

The house is so clean, beautiful, good area, The problem is, when you go out and back, your code # is not the same, my grandkids and I was wearing for long time for fix the problem 3-4-timesThe place is beautiful

The owners have a house in back of where we stayed. Renters with a dog were on the other side of the duplex while were there. No disturbance from noise at all.

The place is new and clean. Close to my sister. The host was amazing. We have a problem with locking the front door (it was us not the door). She was immediately available. Also we don’t know how to work smart tvs (once again us not the tv). Once again immediately available. We will book it again

Very clean pretty quiet. I did have to take my dog out front because the backyard was all weeds. I also forgot to get the WiFi password so was unable to use it. Overall it was a nice place, and communication was excellent

DO NOT LET THE LOCATION FOOL YOU! This was definitely one of the best places to date that I have stayed at. The owner was extremely accommodating to the amenities and supplies that were included. Family friendly for sure, very clean, quiet neighborhood and it's close to EVERYTHING.

We fell in love with the place and enjoyed our stay

Lovely dwelling. Spacious new kitchen, new bath, tile floors, enclosed patio with grassy area. Owner available for questions. Very quiet and on a dead end street. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to access. The area has a lot of run down mobile homes that could be concerning, but we felt safe. We would stay here another time.

This is a great rental with lots of room and so much betrer than an overpriced hotel room. My teenage daughter had her own room (BIG +++) and we were able to bring our dog. The A/C was great as it was very hot in FL and the house gave us a cool respite. My daughter forgot her prescription glasses and we were immediately contacted by the owner who put it in the mail for us. Amazing place and great service!!!

The best communication I’ve had with vrbo owners. They were wonderful and so accommodating. By necessity, we needed to change our dates to leave immediately instead of 2 weeks away, which was the original date. They made it happen. Home was clean and comfortable. We are very grateful and pleased with this stay. You won’t be disappointed.
